L’établissement est très bien situé, le cadre est magnifique Il y a un accès direct à la mer à pied, l’accueil est très appréciable et l’établissement possède des places de parking. La vue de notre chambre était magnifique! Cependant le bâtiment est vétuste le système de Clim réversible ne fonctionnait pas et malgré le climat agréable que nous offre la région les soirs il faisait frais, toutefois il semblerait que des travaux soient envisagés ou en cours. Nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour. Nous reviendrons certainement mais sur une autre période.

Great service, pool and location

The reception lady was so lovely and friendly and helpful, really made a positive difference to our early arrival. We are grateful to her for her rabulous service. Hotel is more of a self catering flats situation. But rooms had everything you needed and nice linens etc. The place is a little 80's and tired. But the pool area is beautiful, location is stunning and its so close to beach and train station. We would definitely come again. Great value for the price in this area.

Check in was a bit difficult as it was on Sunday, no one there and needed a code that wasn’t working. But the nice guy at the snack bar got it figured out for me and I was able to sit by the pool while waiting. The views from the sea view rooms are unbelievable and the pool is fantastic! I highly recommend the stay, just make sure to get checkin instructions. Beautiful place!

Ett fantastiskt ställe. Underbar utsikt, fin lägenhet. Enkelt att gå strandpromenaden till byn Villefranche. Mindre bra var att vi var tvungna att betala för att vara i poolen dagen vi checkade ut. Den privata stranden fanns inte. Ingen toalett vid receptionen eller pool.

The hotel is an apartment with no normal convinces. Very utilitarian and not comfortable. I would not recommend for anyone to stay here. The pool maybe the highlight but I was not looking forward to a pool vacation. The receptionist was a delight but could not overcome the run down facility.

Great view from balcony Location ok- but no shops or restaurants around at all. Poor communication- we arrived late at night by car, no access code provided and one of the guests who spoke french helped us to get the keys to the apartnent. The apartment was not big enough for 2 people let alone 5. The bunk beds are literally in the hallway, no space to turn around, no space for clothes. Very poor hygiene Pool was good but you have to pay daily The beach is close down steep steps. No toilets in the complex, you can only use apartment toilet. Reception staff very very poor attitude not helpful at all.

THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!! DO NOT BOOK.

Dont be fooled by the pictures. Not sure why hotels.com is listing them. First it took forever to get into the hotel, no one was at the reception and we had to access a dropbox to get our keys, figure out the room. This looks like a hotel but facilities are worse than a hostel. No housekeeping. You pick up your trash and dump it at the dumpster. You clean your own room/toilet. You do not get extra towels/sheets, you have to beg for it. AC/vent unit was dusty and unclean. They give you a cleaning kit and laundry does not have washer, only dryer. Such an illogical setup. The desk is not helpful when they are available. You can see them sign when you show up to ask for help or questions. The pool area was advertised but sealed off and you could not even get a view from this area. We paid for an extra bunk bed. It was in such a small room that there was no way you could even stand inside the room. You had to just walk in and get into the beds. But because the room was so small that it could hold only the bunk bed, no one slept in that room. so we ended up sleeping on the couch outside. The bathrooms did not have towel hooks. so you had to keep your stuff including towels on the basin. dated appliances. So very small things that you take for granted, was missing here. It felt that the owners just want to hold on to this property and so they went ahead and decided to offer hotel space. Horrible experience for a vacation.

Ideal place - easy walk for the beach and the town, would highly recommend. It's not posh, it's not modern, but it's safe, with friendly staff, and a bargain in such an expensive area. If you're looking for a romantic hotel experience, this isn't for you, but if you're a family, or a group of friends needing a good base - this is for you.

Jolie surprise

L'établissement est idéalement placé dans la baie de villefranche. Seul bémole: la route et la voie ferrée sont à proximité de la résidence. Certains appartements peuvent être impacté par le bruit (peu de train en circulation).Sinon le logement est conforme à la description sur site. Bonne adresse à retenir.

Rafraîchissement s’impose, le dévidoir de papier toilette n’est pas remplacé, ça ne doit pas coûter très cher ? Un tableau est cassé, mais est en place. Le standing Pierre et vacances n’est peut-être plus à la hauteur que j’imaginais.
