旧市街やビーチへのアクセスが最高です。ホテルのスタッフもフレンドリーで親切。今回で二度目の滞在でした。コロナ対策もしっかりしていました。

4つ星なのに、セキュリティボックスとポットがなくて、とっても不便でした。部屋も狭かったのは仕方がないドアもいますが、安い部屋で設備がないなら、先に情報をもらえれば、他のホテルにできたので予約時の情報不足も不満です。

全体的に満足しました。ロケーションがまず素晴らしい！写真でよく見るプライベートビーチでもう少しのんびりすればよかったけれど、ついつい出歩いてしまいました。

予定より良い部屋を用意していただいて感謝しています。7泊あったので快適に過ごせました。部屋のお掃除は毎日おそらく違う方で、その人によってとても良くしてくださっていたり、少し酷いかなと言う時とありましたが、全体的には満足しています。チェックインもチェックアウトもタクシーなどの予約などもフロントの方達の対応はどの方も素晴らしかったです。また宿泊したいと思います。

旧市街地や海岸まで近く、観光に便利な場所にあります。スタッフの対応が親切で、ニースの観光マップをくれたり、快く荷物を預かってくれたり、心地良かったです。部屋の広さも十分でした。

立地抜群で大変いいホテルです。

部屋は別館の5Fで少し古く壊れている個所もありましたが気になりませんでした。立地が大変良く旧市街やトラム、ビーチとアクセスが抜群です。また朝食は大変美味しく頂きました。こちらの勘違いかも知れませんが、無料でお付け頂いたようでレストランの受付の方も大変親切でした。帰りのタクシーも時間通りにお呼び頂き快適に帰国出来ました。ありがとうございます！

3泊しました。ニースを拠点としていろんなところへ行くのに便利でした。ニース駅まで徒歩で２０分くらいです。トラムは5分くらいで、どこへ行くのもとても便利でした。海も近いので毎日、午前中は泳いでから観光へ出かけられるのがよかったです。タクシーでコートダジュール空港まで、４２ユーロでした。

ヴューは最高です　青い小さいライトが点々と着いた　旧港を全面に見ながら眠れる幸せ感です

①何よりヴューが最高のごちそう ②スタッフがとても元気にあいさつしてくれる ③すぐ裏手にデパートがあり　食事やテイクアウェーにも便利 ④駅にもすぐ横の地下鉄で二駅で行けますし　バス乗り場もすぐ近くです

ビーチの近くのホテル

ビーチに近く、とても綺麗なホテルでした。ハネムーンでの滞在でしたので、ジュニアスイートテラスを予約しましたが、リコンファームをしたところ、エグゼクティブルームしか用意出来ないと返事が返ってきました。エグゼクティブルームはジュニアスイートよりランクが下がったので、ホテルの対応として如何なものかと思いました。また、チェックアウトの際、部屋代金は予約の際に支払済であったにも関わらず再請求されたり、ミニバーも使用していないのに代金請求されました。もちろん説明して支払いませんでしたが、ホテルの設備には満足していただけに残念でした。それらの対応以外は基本的には良かったです。

アクセス良し、夜は外がうるさいかも

ニースのカーニバル期間中に3泊しました。とてもアクセスが良く、海岸線から旧市街、空港アクセスもバスで非常に便利です。部屋にはポットがあり、清潔な部屋で、スタッフの対応も親切です。カーニバル中ですが料金も安く言うこと無しと思っていましたが、3日間毎夜、外が非常にうるさいです。。。特に夜のカーニバルの日は、寝てても起きてしまうくらいで、朝の5時頃まで騒いでる人の声で休むことは無理でした。

ビーチや広場、ショッピングモール、朝市会場に近く６日間滞在した私にとっては便利なホテルでした。お部屋が狭く、インターネットをするにもTVを観るにもベッドに座って、という感じでした。Wifiの通信スピード遅く動画が綺麗に見れませんでした。ホテルのフロントに一人客をなめているような言動をする人が一人いて少し不快な思いをしました。

海から１分！

【良い点】・海まで歩いて１分の距離です。・ホテルの周りに素敵なしレストランが沢山あります。・朝市まで５分の距離です。・夜でも比較的静かだと思います。【悪い点】特にありませんが、せっかく海の近くに建っているのに、オーシャンビューの部屋では無いのは残念でした。もしかしたらオーシャンビューの部屋もあったのかな？予約の前にご確認下さい。

ビーチに近い清潔感のあるホテル

プライベートビーチまで50mとあるくらいなので、ビーチは行きやすく海に入ってもすぐ部屋まで戻ってこれるのは便利です。今回一番気になったのは音です。私たちの部屋は街側で、メインストリートの近くということもあり、外で演奏やら若者が騒いでいたりでとってもうるさかったです。とても寝れる環境ではありませんでした。角部屋で海もチラッて見えるお部屋だったので、騒音がなければ気に入っていたのですが残念でした。お部屋は清潔感がありアメニティーは日本と比べてしまうとダメですが、最低限はありました。(歯ブラシはないです) 朝食はフルーツや卵などの充実したイングリッシュブレックファーストで美味しかったです。

Beautiful location, my only complaint was that it seems to advertise the beach chairs and you have to rent them (and, separately, an umbrella if you want one). Unfortunately, i was on my last night of vacation and couldn't spare the extra cash.

Doorman Albert was fantastic - so helpful & full of personality Terrace was a disappointing upgrade. Lots of cigarette butts (probably thrown down from upper windows). It was a bit of a heat wave while we were there and AC didn’t really work but thankful for opening windows. Great location. Easy to walk to all the sights.

Liked the location within walking distance of restaurants and old city features. The room although quiet was in very poor repair. The curtains wouldn't slide, the shower leaked out of the tub, the wash basin tap control was broken, the flooring needed to be replaced due to a former flood. No show-stopper but not up to standard. No laundry facilities available as advertised, so had to do off-site. Breakfast was poor. Mushy scrambled egg, toaster that would not toast, no non-dairy yogurt. Staff was helpfull.

Very poor check in lady, was rude and acted like I was putting her out to assign me a room. Elevator door would jam and you had to kick the bottom to get it to open. Extremely loud outside Hotel next to the street, air conditioning doesn’t work.
