This grand home is located ~ literally ~ in the heart of Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake, next to Balzac's Coffee Shop. a short stroll to local shops and restaurants, the Shaw Festival Theatre, Lake Ontario, and historical sites. Only a short drive takes you to several breweries and dozens of wineries. There is even a brewery just around the corner. Prices are subject to change daily.

The White House is truly unique and offers travelers a very special experience. As you enter, the main common area has the living space with a wood burning fireplace, and TV. Lounge on the Chaise with a glass of Niagara-on-the-Lake finest wine, while watching your favourite movie, warmed by the fire. Off the living room, there is a dining area and retro kitchen with a large island!



There are 2 queen bedrooms on the main floor, one with an ensuite, and two daybeds in the finished lower level. Each of the 3 full bathrooms has been completely renovated and are supplied with luxury bath robes for you to enjoy after a relaxing soak in the tub.



Cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen will kick start your creative side with it’s retro teal appliances and white subway tile backsplash:



- Drip-coffee maker and kettle with enough coffee and tea to get you started

- Sugar packets, salt and pepper

- Microwave, stove, fridge, toaster and dishwasher

- Dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses)

- Non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths



Laundry is located on site with:



- Laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets



Bedding, towels, hair dryer, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo and hand soap are also provided.



Outside, relax on the front porch with your morning coffee from Balzac’s Coffee Roasters, located right next door. The perfect spot to watch the horse and carriage parked across the street!



The back yard is private with a patio table, chairs and a gas BBQ so Spring, Summer and Fall, you can enjoy the tranquility of a ‘picnic’ like setting.

Quick weekend away

Absolutely loved the location! Right next to one of the best coffee shops, this place has off street parking! We enjoyed our stay and the retro theme of the kitchen and the house.

I love everything about this little beautiful space ..

2nd time staying here in your beautiful cottage .. we watched the renovation when we stayed across the street .. so am happy to stay here .. everything is so close and NOTL has been a favorite place to vacation for 30 years .. it still presents itself as a small town but with big city amenities .. love the quiet peaceful nights here too Thank you for allowing us the use of your home

Great weekend away

This was the second time i've stayed at the white house. It was clean, spacious close to everything. Steps from downtown and great communication from the property managers. Great for friends, families, couples. Will definitely be back!

Loved the house and location.

In the past, we always stayed at the Queens Landing. Although the hotel is beautiful, we found The White house to be charming, spacious and very comfortable. The location is very convenient, especially with a Coffee Shop next door. See you in December!

Great place. Great location close to everything! My only complaint would be no dishwasher. Definitely bring your own blankets as there weren’t any.

What a gem!

A beautiful home right in the middle of all the boutiques and restaurants. The wineries are a short drive away. This home was immaculate and decorated so nice. Plenty of space to spread out and the backyard was perfect. Everything you could need was there - well-stocked. We'll be back!

It's well located to the shops. Wineries and the falls. Comfortable to live in. Only complaints would be the torn chairs covered by rugs, stained couch and finding long hairs in the bed.

What a positive experience we all had. This is a lovely home, with an excellent location, to explore and enjoy the historic downtown. Exceptionally clean and well equipped, including enough tea & coffee to get us started. Despite being downtown, it was very quiet. Although we expected a dishwasher (?), having a washer & dryer AND a third bathroom with a shower, more than made up for it! This is definitely a property we would book again and recommend to others.

Short getaway

Spent 3 nights . Very clean. Best location. Lots of room for 2 couples. Spent time on the front deck people watching while enjoying the wine picked up during the day tours. Can't comment on stove and cooking supplies as we never used them. Beds are a touch narrow and a bit noisy but reasonably comfortable. The house definitely contributed to a nice holiday. Would rent again.

Perfect weekend getaway

Steps from the main street and perfect to enjoy all that NOTL has to offer. House was very nicely decorated and well-equipped. It was spacious and tastefully decorated/renovated. Would recommend to anyone. Perfect for a family or two couples. Owner was quick to respond to questions ahead of time and provided clear instructions for us. Check in/out was seamless. Thank you!!

Excellent location

The home was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room. Can accommodate up to 6 people with still lots of room. The location is in the heart of the old town and can walk to all the restaurants, shops and theatres. Lots of great wineries only a 10 mins drive away at most. Very clean and nicely appointed. The kitchen is well equipped. Great to have a washer and dryer included. Weather was excellent so hung out in the backyard end of day. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back again.

Excelllent location and beautiful house

Easy walking to all of downtown. Free entry to small and interesting Museum also a short walk from the house. Limited parking for only two cars but we were able to leave a car at a winery for 2 nights with permission from the winery. We did a wine tasting tour of 5 wineries in a limousine, a tour of Peller Estates and enjoyed their ice room on the next day with a visit to Two Sisters next door and then the ghost walk at night. We used one of the games at the house and I was able to show a picture gallery using the TV for 50 years of pictures for my daughter's 50th Birthday. We also took the short drive to Niagara for dinner at the Watermark overlooking the Falls.
