Pleasant & relaxing

It is a very quiet area. We were happy to stay in the living room after breakfast for a quiet reading time. Sunny, the host, was always helpful, smiling and ready to assist. My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. First time visiting Niagara Falls. We were able to walk to the Falls (25 min.)Thank you Sunny

Great price. Friendly and joyful host with great communication. Nice breakfast each morning with 6-8 other guests. Rooms are all on second floor... so steps. 1 1/2 blocks to convenient "We Go" bus line. Also free parking on site. Bathroom was tiny but shower water was always nice and hot and nozzle had good flow. Just a wondersful place to call home while enjoying the Falls!

Excellent!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunny’s B&B. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome in her cozy home. All the little extras made it even more special. The wine glasses, little gifts, soft towels, lovely furnishings, comfortable common areas, delicious breakfast, helpful directions to see the sights, and interesting conversation. Thanks, Sunny, for a wonderful stay! Will definitely recommend you to others! J and P from Washington, DC.
