It's rare to find a quiet, clean motel at an affordable price. Sure, it's no-frills, but the Rex delivers exactly what I needed with professionalism.

Nothing to write home about, but convenient location, next to a busy-ish road and plenty of dining options around. Very close to the falls and other activity areas.

The Rex Motel is a unique property. It's located off the beaten path but close to a lot of activities like the Falls and Marineland. It is surrounded by many food and shopping options and it's proximity to the QEW makes it super easy to get around. It's a communal place with everyone taking care of their own refuse and recycling. The only disappointment was the water pressure in the shower. Finally, the owner is a great dude who truly cares. I promised him I would return and I meant it.

Very clean. Basic, just a room. No controllable air conditioning. But they do give you an extra towel to cover the vent if it’s too cool…

We had a great stay. Clean, comfy, well located for short drives to local attractions. Our room's decor was fun; we had a small table with a couple chairs both inside & outside the room, which was nice for snacking. Nice bathroom.
