歯ブラシがありませんが、それ以外は最高
アメリカ滝のビューポイントまですぐそばで、チェックイン直後からチェックアウト直前まで滝を満喫できます。カナダ滝もゴート島まで行けば、見ることができます。 歩き疲れたら、気軽に部屋に帰って休むことができる距離感は最高でした。 部屋は清潔でとても広く、この値段でこれ！？といい驚きでした。 朝食はホットミールでハンバーグや卵焼き等があり、大変満足しました。 ただ惜しむらくは、部屋に歯ブラシが無いこと。もちろん持ち歩いているので困ったわけではありませんが、少し残念でした。

ロケーションは最高です。滝まですぐなので、途中で疲れたらホテルに戻って休むのも簡単。 部屋は綺麗で清掃は申し分ないです。ベッドも快適でした。 チェックインのとき、駐車場側の部屋を公園側にサービスで変更してもらえました。フロントの人は大変親切です。

とても清潔でスタッフの方も親切でした。ほとんど全ての滝の見所に歩いて行けます。4歳と6歳の子連れでしたが歩いて観光できてとても快適でした。とてもオススメです。

フロントのおじさんが、日本人に対してもとても愛想よく対応してくれました。ナイアガラ観光には最適の立地条件だと思います。駐車場も1泊だけなのに、丸２日間停めてもわずか5ドルでした。部屋の掃除が雑で、前のお客さんがこぼしたであろう、干しブドウが落ちていました。

The staff was excellent. The rooms could use an up date. Bathroom was pretty tight and tile kinda old. Could hear folks in next room clearly talking through shared room door. Perhaps an insulated door. Loved location of facility.

The halls are not air conditioned. The floors in the common areas were filthy. Our room had less than a half a roll of toilet paper in it and that was it. I’m a girl. I need toilet paper. I had to go downstairs for more. Really loved how convenient it was to the falls and shops and dining. Loved the view. The older gentleman that checked us in was a real sweetheart. The breakfast area had lots of seating, but they definitely don’t open early enough if there’s a huge line waiting to get in. We needed to be in there earlier too, but we didn’t want to have to go somewhere else and pay for breakfast when we had already paid for staying somewhere with it included. The crappy part is that if we had left when we needed to, we wouldn’t have hit all the traffic which made us 2 hours late to all of our stops today on our road trip. Guess we should have gotten breakfast somewhere else. We ended missing out on our last stop and $110 in tickets went down the drain. Really not happy about that since it was hard earned money that was essentially thrown away. In short, do your guests a favor and have breakfast earlier.

The property is in a great location. You can walk out the door and be right at the falls. The beds were really comfortable. This is our second time staying at this hotel.

I booked through Expedia and was charged through Expedia and the hotel for the two nights I stayed there. So far neither has refunded my money. One of them needs to give me a refund!

Location is the only selling point for this property for its right beside the entrance to the park. Cleanliness- the bathroom is the most used area of the room but the tissue holder appears to have been not dusted. There was still a used plastic straw inside one of the drawers. There were 2 fire alarms less than 12 hours apart. The first time alarm was silenced by staff , firefighters haven’t arrived yet. We were informed it was false alarm by other guests. No official announcement from staff while we were down the lobby. The second time, early in the morning at least the staff made an announcement.

There were ants on the bed and on belongings that were on the floor and on the tables. Staff seemed unconcerned about and stated that "God put them there". They refused to do anything about it and said no credits or reimbursements since we booked thru a 3rd party. Very poor service.

It was conveniently located close to The Rainbow Bridge and State Park especially when walking over to Canada. The place itself needs to be updated . The carpet was dirty,and it has an old smell to the place. The breakfast was not desirable . Did not have any cream cheese for bagels, no fruit, eggs were very watery , even the orange juice was non existence . Overall, it was great location. I would go again just for this.

Very close to the falls. Nice place to walk around. Breakfast can improve. Trying to have some water at night, the dispenser machine was not working and there was not fresh water at the main entrance either.

Loved my overnight stay at this property. This property is so close to the falls that one can actually hear the falls from the property premises which I found incredibly impressive. I had partial view of the Niagara river from my hotel room which added to the pleasure. Many food trucks and restaurants nearby serve major cuisines from across the globe. The location is very well lit and extremely safe to walk at night too. Having said that, of course be watchful of your surroundings at all times.

The hotel is fairly clean. My room was nice and tidy upon arrival. The bathroom was clean. The only thing about the bathroom was, it looked like there was a tiny spot of blood on the shower curtain. The bed was a bit hard. The refrigerator in my room was super cold. Definitely appreciated that. The free breakfast from 7-10:00am was pretty good. The staff appeared to be really nice.
