North Peak Condo 2-104

This condo is located at North Peak at Sunday River Ski Resort. So many updates and upgrades being done at the whole resort. You won't want to miss this one. This two bedroom condo has a gas fireplace in the living area. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has three single beds. Pleasantly decorated condo will meet all of your expectations for a North Peak Condo. Ski locker available for renters. This condo is offered for the full season of 24-25. ~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great unit. Very well stocked kitchen and bedrooms. Excellent view or the trails, mountains and pool. Being on the 1st floor such a plus from going up and down stairs. Very clean and everything works as it should. I give this stay and experience a 5 star!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo, building and location were just as described online. Our family of 5 was comfortable in the space. The kids loved the pool and being able to ski right out our door. The kitchen was well stocked. There wasn't much storage space for our belongings, but we made due. For the price, the condo could use some updating, such as a shower head and a working TV in the bedroom. The directions for such things as the ski lockers and access to the pool were non-existant. We were able to figure it out but it would have been nice to have clear directions. We also didn't receive check-in instructions. When we inquired about them we were sent partial instructions and did not get the full instructions until a day after our arrival.
