"We had difficulty using the heater. Bathroom floor was dirty, also on the second day the shower water didn’t drain. Couch upholstery was ripped, could be fixed with a sewing kit. There was a lovely hot tub and fire pits on a new deck and some of the carpeting has been replaced."

"Great place Great view Great service. Great value. We could not use the Hot Tub on Sunday as the previous renter left it dirty but everything was fixed on Monday. Unfortunately the following days snow on the roof started to melt and given that there are no rain gutters, cold water is falling throug the balcony on the spa. We have not used it at all. Something should be done so it can be used at all Time. It would be great also to have window blinds in the basement bedroom. We are looking forward to rent it again and we recommend it. PJ"

"Location was great. Easy to Sunday River and cross country skiing/snowshoeing. Views and hot tub were great. Kitchen is well appointed and having two ovens was great with a big crew. Bedrooms upstairs are very choppy and strangely situated (have to go through some bedrooms to get to others) but not a big deal. We would have loved to have a fire but it was obvious that the owners did not permit that (no fire wood anywhere in house, garage, deck, etc. and a totally clean fire place without evidence of recent fires). We enjoyed our stay."
