Beverly Beach Overlook is a three-level home that sits high on a bluff overlooking Beverly Beach. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of some whales or a cruise ship. This vacation home is located at the very north end of Newport, near the Beverly Beach State Park exit. This vacation home has three bedrooms: two king beds, and one with two twin beds; three bathrooms, one with a shower, and two tub-shower combos. This luxurious vacation rental has room for six guests and up to two dogs. The main living space includes the living room, kitchen, and dining room and is located above the garage. There is a large ocean-view bedroom on this main level with a king bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances for the perfect family gathering or holiday dinner. Upstairs, you will find the primary room with a 180-degree ocean view and an adorable bedroom with a twin bed. There are blackout curtains in all of the bedrooms in case you want to sleep in while at your home away from home. This vacation rental has sweeping ocean views from every room in the home, a recreation room for the kids and the kids at heart, and an enclosed deck for everyone to hang out on and enjoy some fresh air. Each bedroom contains a flat screen TV, plus additional TVs in the living room, recreation room, and loft. This home offers Wi-Fi, an iPod docking station, CD players, radio, a DVD collection, games, books, and very comfortable furnishings. The loft is a cozy TV viewing space with two recliners and a sofa sleeper. The recreation room is on the lower level of the home. Beach access is a short five to seven minute walk down to Beverly Beach State Park and is accessible under Hwy 101, so there are no worries about having to cross the busy roadway with children.
