The Space:

Our home is professionally managed by myself and @StayWithDave!



You will have our entire 1200 sqft ground floor townhouse all to yourself. It is the bottom unit of a 2 unit duplex. Our unit is completely separate from the upstairs unit.



AC / Heat

Each bedroom and the kitchen are equipped with window-mounted AC units. The kitchen unit is powerful and helps cool both the kitchen and living room. The home also features central heating throughout, along with ceiling fans in multiple areas for added comfort.



Bedrooms and Bedding:

Queen pillowtop bed in each of the 3 bedrooms. Both living room sofas convert to comfortable full size beds. There is also a twin memory foam rollaway bed (stored in the closet) to be used anywhere in the home. We also have a Pack N Play baby crib and baby high chair that attaches to any regular chair so that your baby can live like a local. There are plenty of extra sheets, linens, comforters & pillows. Each bedroom has a USB charging station.



Parking:

We have a compact car private garage. Garage width: 16 FT. Height is 8ft.

Free overnight parking is also available on the streets in our neighborhood. There are signs posted about street sweeping on Mondays and Tuesday mornings.



Televisions & Entertainment:

4 new Smart HDTV's that stream. (log into your own streaming apps)



WIFI

Free WIFI is provided across the entire home.

WIFI Speed: Upload 10 mbps: download 200 mbps. (speed will vary depending on number of devices connected to WIFI)



Kitchen & Cooking:

Full kitchen that comes with many large and small appliances stocked with many of the essentials.



Dining Area:

Gorgeous Newport Beach designed dining table and seating for 6.

Private In unit washer/dryer. We also provide beach chairs & beach towels.

Via our keypad. You can check in anytime after 4pm.

Amazing neighborhood and town. If you like to surf, head down to The Wedge, which has some of the best waves around. Families in particular will love the Balboa Fun Zone which offers arcade games and carnival-style rides. You may also want to check out the Newport Beach Pier, do a little shopping and people-watching throughout the town, and bike or walk along the oceanfront Newport Balboa Bike Trail. With so much to do - and easy access to other nearby communities such as Huntington Beach and Laguna Beach - you will have the time of your lives!



Getting Around:

LYFT: The best way to get around if you're not driving is via Lyft. Lyft is an App on your phone that let you order a private upscale taxi and have it arrive within minutes to wherever you are. All payments are automatic and you can see where your taxi is at all times. You can even review the route the driver took, rate your driver, or contact Lyft's support team in case you are not satisfied. Service is superb and costs less than city run taxis.
