EXTRA SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS:
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 1 trifold floor mat is provided (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows. A twin rollaway bed can be rented instead of the floor mat, if desired. Make arrangements in advance to ensure availability and delivery in time for your arrival.
LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
PARKING:
One space provided in a covered carport, which accommodates small to mid-size vehicles only. Rear alley access. Available general neighborhood parking can also be utilized (metered and unmetered).
LAUNDRY:
A free stacked washer/dryer is located inside the residence. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
PETS:
Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.
ALSO:

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
