Balcony falling apart / clicking fridge
Overall stay was okay. Location is obviously amazing with being steps from the beach/ bomb fire pits/ and the balboa pier/shops. Interior was clean and most items appeared new. I spent most of my time on the balcony and the cleanliness of it was disappointing. The paint was falling off the ceiling and it appeared the balcony had not been cleaned/repaired in awhile. The fridge was making a loud grinding/clicking noise every couple hours, which made it tough to have a restful nights sleep. I wouldn’t stay again, was just okay.

Great Location
The refrigerator makes a knocking noise throughout the day and night, we turned off the icemaker, and it didn’t stop the knocking noise. And you mentioned the walls are very thin, so it’s easy to be woken up in the middle of the night by partier. the rest of our stay was fabulous. We loved the view and the easy access to the beach, and would recommend the unit to others.

cute little spot right on the beach!
this apartment checked all of our boxes. the view from the balcony was awesome and the furnishings were comfy and modern.Very close to food and shops, parking was easy.

Everything was fine except the picture in the advertisement showed a larger balcony with 4 chairs. We were very disappointed that it was smaller and there were only 2 Also, the people in the another property 2 door over (Newport Beach vacation properties on north side) were very loud until we hours of the morning so we could not sleep.

Beach stay
Great except there was no hot water in the shower. I didn’t reach out until the last full day to the property manager. My fault, but maybe maintaining the property should be a priority. Overall, it was in the perfect location. We got to do what we came for, a relaxing time.

This property is a 10 for location and view. Being right on the Beach and waking up to the ocean every morning was pure heaven. This unit has a king bed, newly remodeled kitchen stocked well, and includes a garbage disposal and dishwasher, all which I love. It has a Mr. Coffee like maker, which is nice to know before you come ( so you don’t bring K- cups). Coffee filters were provided, as well as several beach towels. A dresser and closet in the bedroom which was ample for our belongings. You are close to neighbors here, but that is the case on all the Peninsula, and properly described. I give this property a 5, and the only reason I gave it a 4 for check in was our code on the door wasn’t working well initially and after contacting the Property Manager, he was amazing and took care of the problem the right way. (All it needed were new batteries) This unit came with one parking spot.
