There was a keurig, a kettle and also a french press which given that I like ground coffee would work fine. After mentioning this to Tina, the next day a new drip coffee maker arrived. 「The pictures are a bit deceiving. The property is tightly packed in with other residences on the beach. And it's expensive for what it offers. The lock on the door was v basic--nothing like enough. The room could accessed by 2 different sets of stairs. That said: The room was nice. Shower was excellent. Breakfast was healthy and fun. Plum Island nature preserve is right there. Newburyport has a lot of great dining options--just 10 mins away.」

"開業して間もないということで、とても綺麗な部屋でした。 我々が宿泊したのは海賊コンセプトのお部屋。予想していたよりもしっかりとした作り込みで、とてもフォトジェニックかつ、実際に見ても色鮮やかで楽しい。骸骨やオウム、船に樽机ととても素敵。 広々とした部屋で最新の設備のため、暖房もしっかりと効いているが乾燥しすぎず、とても快適に過ごせました。 ベッドの寝心地も申し分ないし、風呂やシャワー、洗面所、冷蔵庫もとても使いやすい。 惜しむらくはトイレ自体がガタついており腰掛けるとガクッとなるのですが、水漏れや異臭は無いので、ほぼ無視してよい欠点でしょう。 立地はややセイラムの観光市街地から離れており徒歩20分程度要するのが少し難点か。"
