Guests have access to a shared boat dock for boating enthusiasts and can swim directly off the dock. All amenities ensure a seamless stay in this idyllic lakeside haven.
Here`s what your days will look like:
• Wakeup in your hotel-quality bed overlooking Lake Sunapee and the surrounding mountains.
• Enjoy coffee from our fully stocked coffee station
• Go swimming or stand up paddle boarding. (Unit comes with 1 turquoise board)
• Grill a nice lunch and take a break enjoying the calm waters.
• Explore the nearby beach and hiking trails
• Explore the nearby hikes and ziplining around Mt. Sunapee..
• Drinks at our antique wooden boat bar on the first floor while the kids warm up with our gourmet Hot Chocolate.
• Cook a big dinner in our fully-stocked kitchen.
• Netflix & Chill on the 52 inch TV.
• Do it all again the next day
We offer 1 stand up paddle board for your usage. *please don’t move patio furniture.
*Please note cleaners use garage for cleaning supplies so enter the garage when need to clean units and maintenance people may need to access during your stay!*

We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the entrance and one pointed at the parking.

We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am
