Escape to a tranquil getaway, positioned exactly where wilderness meets convenience, you are under 15 minutes from four season activities in Sunapee region. Minutes from breathtaking Andrew Brook Trail up to a hidden gem, Lake Solitude (last picture).

An expansive guest apartment above the garage seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Relax on a private deck in the whispering canopy of the woods or explore walking paths on 7 acres of private property. This is a private guest space on the property tucked away from the main house.

Designed as an open concept space, to bring the beauty of the outside in with rich sage walls, deep hardwood-style floors, and wide sliding glass doors that open to your own private deck. Wind down in a cozy space after breathtaking hikes, summer activities on Lake Sunapee or Mount Sunapee Resort, such as swimming, ziplining, mountain biking as well as winter activities on legendary Mount Sunapee trails. Private deck to enjoy morning coffee, soak in the sun during the day or enjoy the starlit sky, or relax inside with tv and board games.

The room can sleep up to four people with a king bed and queen sleeper couch. The full bathroom has a shower, hair dryer, washer and dryer. Kitchen is equipped with induction stove, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and hot water kettle but there is no dishwasher. Deck has 4 chairs. No pets allowed.

There is no cell phone signal at the property but we have wifi. We will provide the access code in advance so you can get connected as soon as you get to the property. Keypad entry code to the main door will also be provided pre-arrival. Please let us know your approximate arrival time.

Please enter the property through the second entrance and park your car in the gravel parking area to the left. Please carry your personal items up the steps next to the garage leading to the studio accessible by keypad. In addition to the private studio and the connected patio, guests are welcome to use the outdoor fire pit and the outdoor playset. Please avoid driving the car on the property past the garage and towards the main house. You have to climb about 12 steps to get to the main door. There is another set of stairs in the back that we would not recommend using at all during the stay because the backyard is not groomed.

The property is on a septic and please take note of the necessary precautions to maintain the health of the system. No firearms allowed on the property. The area is buggy so please bring mosquito and tick repellent.
