Please note that, as part of the building's vintage character, guests will need to climb a steep flight of stairs to reach the suites, and there is no elevator. These stairs greet you as soon as you open the main door to the building. We recommend taking your time and bringing your luggage up carefully.

Newburgh is a great place to visit. The Yamhill suites was awesome because it was right in the middle of town walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. I would definitely visit there again.

Had a great weekend at Yamhill Flats. The location was perfect and walking to all downtown restaurants. The bed was so comfortable. Great homey feeling which was nice after a long travel.

We usually Stay in the country when we go to Newberg. Staying in downtown was a refreshing change. Convenient to a lot of food and bar options. It was a nice alternative for our usual trip.

Cute space, lots of amenities, centrally located

This was my 2nd time staying at Yamhill Flats and it was the perfect home away from home. Communication with property managers was prompt and the welcome bottle gift (bottle of wine, coffee and popcorn) was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, spices and tinfoil so preparing meals was effortless. Very comfortable bed and tidy/clean bathroom. Would highly recommend staying here.

Impromptu Get-away

My husband and I decided to head to wine country at the last minute to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary a couple weeks early. We found Yamhill Flats and it was delightful. Nice downtown location making it easy to walk to dinner, easy access to lots of wineries. Room was clean and charming. Bed was comfortable. I was a little stressed about not getting the door code until the last minute but everything worked out like a charm. It was a great little get-away. They even left us a sweet note and treats to celebrate our anniversary.
