This was the perfect spot for me to stay while visiting family in the area.One of the cutest properties I’ve stayed in! The place was spotless, upgraded, and cozy, and I felt very safe staying there alone. Rafael was very communicative, giving great check in directions and even checking in to make sure the temperature of the unit was okay. I’ll definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the basement cozy vrbo. The only thing that wasnt perfect was the bed. I think it needs to be a king and it needs a frame that is higher off the ground. My husband, had a difficut time getting in and out!!

Neighborhood was friendly and easily within walking distance was shops and restaurants. The room was great for staying in and for just morning and night routines, letting me enjoy my trip as I wished. My only concern is the easy to hear footsteps whenever the owner is walking about, but besides that easily would come again.

Great weekend getaway.

Beautiful, comfortable and so very clean, basement accommodations. Easy entrance procedure in safe and convenient neighborhood. Will definitely book again!

Homeowner was great. No problems place was very clean nice cozy. The only thing was that you can hear shoes and loud noises on the floor from upstairs.. there should be some kind of noise protection between floors.otherwise the place was great! Host did a nice job.
