チェックイン時、荷物の届けが遅く催促した以外は丁寧な行き過ぎない対応で、快適でした。タブのないシャワールームだったのと部屋に温かい飲み物のセルフサービスが出来ないのがちょっと不便に感じました。立地は最高です。

Expediaで予約したのがバスタブキッチン付きだったのがバスタブ付きではなくシャワーのみ。2日間我慢して3日目にやっと望み通りの部屋にしてもらいました。そのやり取りでフロントで2時間かかりました。1日分フリーにすると先方から言われまして今 Expedia と交渉中とのことです。結果に更に一週間かかるとの事で、Expedia とホテル間のコミュニケーションは悪く、極めて不満足です。折角施設はいいのに、マネージャー以外のフロントの教育が徹底されていないので残念です。

ホテルの質

ホテルのフロントの態度が大柄でした。予約時に高層階の部屋をリクエストしたのに実際は4階でもう少し上の部屋を希望したのに、叶いませんでした。バスタブの栓がうまく開閉せず、担当に来て直してもらいました。バスルームの床に髪の毛は落ちたままだし、値段に見合わないホテルで、もう二度と泊まりません。

ファシリティ面は、隣の部屋の騒音が気になった。シャワーが壊れていたが、水圧等に問題はない。スタッフの対応はよく、アットホーム。ただ、清掃スタッフによって、日々のオプション(水の有無、氷の有無等)が異なることが気になった。総じて清潔。

日本人スタッフも常駐し清潔でモダンなデザインホテル広さもあり、カップルには最適。歩いていける距離で、セントラルパーク、グッゲンハイム美術館、五番街等買い物、散歩、美術館巡りには最適。エントランスはモノトーンの構成で、正面におかれたケイトモスPHOTOが目を引く。客室もモノトーンの空間ながらシェードのスタンドライトや壁面座クッション等カジュアルなアクセントもあり高級ながらもイケテルデザインホテルな印象

セントルパークに近く、シックでホスピタリティーも行き届いたホテル

5泊しました。ベッドやバスルームも清潔で、備えてある寝具、バスタオル、スリッパまでも上質で気持ちよかったです。部屋の照明にもこだわりがありました。照明のスイッチに記載された｢Reading｣｢Night Light｣などの表示がわかりやすく、どれも丁度良い明るさでした。無料のwifiは、一度ホテルのHPにアクセスしてログインします。ログイン方法はホテルのコンシェルジュに聞きました。24時間有効です。日本人スタッフの方がいつもいるわけではないので、その方がホテルにいる時間帯を確認しておけばよかったなと思いました。でも、日本語を話せないスタッフとも、パソコンの翻訳ソフトでやりとりして解決できました。料金は高いホテルですが、それだけの価値がありました。思い切って利用して、大満足です。

アッパーイーストサイドのクラシカルで素敵なホテル

ホテルの部屋やサービスを含めて、ニューヨークの古典的なホテルにぴったりのサービスでした．部屋も気が効いており、必要十分なサービスを的確に提供してもらえます．ロビーは普通ですが、横にあるホテルのカフェ、屋上のバー、1階のバーは大変素敵で、食事もさらに美味しくいただけます．日本人のレセプションの方もいらっしゃいました．場所はメトロポリタン美術館やセントラルパークの近く、77th St.の駅から5分程度と立地も良いです．

セントラルパークに隣接した静かなホテル

セントラルパークに隣接し、美術館やボートハウスレストランまで歩いていける便利な立地でした。部屋も清潔感があり快適でした。毎朝無料のおいしいコーヒーがロビーに置かれますが、部屋ではお湯は沸かせず、このコーヒーを２つ運ぶためにはエレベーターやドアのカードを挿入する際に下に置かねばなりませんでした。

アッパーイーストの閑静な地域にあるセンスの良い5つ星ホテル

ホテル玄関はこじんまりとしていますが、いつもドアマンやフロントの人たちが親しみやすく、かつ上品な対応で迎えてくれます。部屋はNYの中ではかなり大きめで、ベッドも快適、インテリアはシックかつクラシックなモノトーンでまとめられていて落ち着きます。洗面台も広く、シャワーの水の勢いも強すぎるほどで十分ですが、バスタブがない部屋が大半と思うので、それにこだわる日本の方にはその点のみ残念なのかもしれません。また、ホテルスタッフの対応は完璧ですが、日本語は通じませんので、日本語対応が必要な方にも向いていないかもです。朝食はチップも含めて一名50ドルほどかかりますが、個人的にはガイドブックに載っているどの朝食カフェより美味しいパンケーキ、フレンチトーストがいただけると思いました。交通の便としては、タクシーならミッドタウンまで10ドルくらい、地下鉄を利用する場合はレキシントンアベニューの79丁目駅まで徒歩5〜10分です。治安の良い地域ですが、夜はレキシントンより東側は少し不安な感じがするので、くれぐれも道を間違えないようにしてください。ホテルの評価としては最高をつけたいです。是非、次回も利用したいと思います。

素晴らしいサービス

誕生日に泊まったのですが、お祝いのシャンパンを用意していただきました。また、タオルの交換も何度も来ていただき、助かりました。1点だけ残念だったのは、シャワールームから水が外にこぼれてしまうため、床に何枚もタオルを置いておかなければならなかったことです。それ以外はとてもよかったです。

快適なホテル

レセプションは割と淡々として、愛想が良いわけで無いが、過剰なホスピタリティーもなく、面倒でなくてよい。部屋は快適であったが、バスでなくシャワー付きの部屋であった。部屋のインテリアはセンス良く、さっぱりとして快適。バス・ルームも大理石で清潔だった。ホテルの食堂も美味しい。バーは夜になると洒落たニューヨーカーが集まっていた。過剰なホスピタリティーが無いのも気に入った。必要なことはキチンと応えてくれるので、お勧めのホテルだ。

中心地から遠い以外は最高でした。

ホテルの方がみなさん親切で、部屋の備品等もきちんと整っていて良かったです。　歯ブラシセットは標準装備ではありませんでしたが、電話したらすぐに持ってきてくれました（ミニボトルのマウスウォッシュまでついていました）。　お昼寝しまくりましたが（笑）、ベッドのマットレスも腰が痛くなることなど一切なく快適。　屋上のBARも開放的でかなり気持ちが良かったです。　場所的にどこへ行くにもタクシーになることと、タクシーが拾いづらいことは難点ですが、ホテルの方がすぐに拾ってくれますし、時間にゆとりをもって出かければ問題ないです。　因みに、ミッドタウンの方からタクシーで戻るときは、「MADISON ＆ 76th」と言うと、一通の関係で、76thを右折してしまい、ホテルとは交差点の反対側についてしまいます。「76thの手前でとめて」と一言つけると、ホテル側にとまって便利です。

上品で素敵なホテルです!!

アッパーイーストにある上品で素敵なホテルです。滞在中に自身の挙式があり、室内で準備をしている際の撮影があった為、評判の良かったこちらのホテルを選びました。全体的に大人な雰囲気で、とても素敵でした。また挙式後に部屋へ戻るとホテルからシャンパンとお祝いのメッセージカードを頂き、とても嬉しかったです。屋上のBarからはとても素晴らしい景色が観れますし、セントラルパークにとても近いので毎朝ジョギングをしていました。従業員の方もいつも親切で本当に素晴らしいホテルでした!! たくさん良い思い出を作る事ができ、NYに遊びに来た時はまた泊まりたいと思います。

毎日美術館めぐりとセントラルパークを散歩したい人には完璧なロケーション

アッパーイーストサイドにありメトロポリタンにも近く治安も良い地域でロケーションは素晴らしいです。宿泊した部屋は、内側に面していたため外の景色は全く楽しめないのですが、それが気にならないぐらい、ベッドやテレビ、バスルームが快適で、それほど広くない部屋なのに、うまくクローゼット等が設計されていて、タンス等に十分なスペースがあり、大型スーツケースも見えないよう置くスペースもあり、防音もほぼ完璧で、とてもくつろげました。ほとんどのスタッフが、出会う度に常に笑顔で愛想がよいことも印象的でした。難を言えば、冷蔵庫にスペースがほとんどないこと、ポットなどお湯を沸かせる設備があればよいのに、と思いました。

Although the hotel is extremely well located and the room sizes are great, it needs love & a good update. Rooms have objects that are "semi-broken" (like a lamp) and water damage (in the ceiling). After the entrance there is a "lounging" area with tables, were bubbles are present from the wall paper. But the worse part is the fact that staff does not care about you. I cannot count the number fo times I had to open the front door and the door to the street (two heavy doors) in the 6 days I was there. The receptionists are always talking to each other and ignore guests passing by. This is such an iconic hotel, how can manage let this happen?

Un accueil toujours agréable, avec un personnel attentionné. L'accès à un café au rdc, chaque matin Je regrette les prix dissuasifs du bar de chambre ainsi que lors du départ, nous devions descendre nos bagages. Un guide détaillé précisant l'étage pour la salle fitness, le rooftop(en période estivale)seraient appréciable. Nous espérons revenir et profiter de la terrasse(en période estivale)qui nous avait laissé un bon souvenir.

Location is great, value for what you receive as a guest could be better. Our bathroom had a window which is a plus for me personally and our room had excellent view to Madison Ave and the City. Some of the staff were polite and welcoming although this was not universal. At the time of check in, we were sent to a room which was not ready and filled with tobacco smell (it’s a nonsmoking hotel and obviously I don’t blame the hotel management for this), which has happened to me before in different ways, although the issue was addressed with some degree of nonchalance on behalf of the staff which was a little unexpected given the price level of this hotel. On average I stay in various 4 and 5 star hotels in the City twice a month and although incidents like this have happened to me in the past, they were handled much more tactfully.

My only complaint is a matter of personal taste, so not necessarily one that would be shared by other guests. I like a firm mattress, and the mattress in our room was rather soft. My wife in particular did not sleep well for the two nights we stayed for that reason. But again, all a matter of individual taste, and otherwise the hotel was exemplary in every respect.

Customer Service is excellent!! This hotel takes customer service to a new level. It’s a quiet boutique hotel in a nice neighborhood. I always feel very safe.

The location is excellent especially for access to the museum and park. A real gem of a hotel with wonderful, welcoming staff and lovely rooms. Loved the window seat in our room!

An experience to return to

Very nice hotel with very good and professional staff who go above and beyond to help make your stay a lovely experience. Very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable too. Nice bar with live Jazz to relax and unwind after a long day. Will return Very good and safe location with very high end shops all within walking distance

The service was horrible I had to ask 4 different time in 2 days to get 1 shaving kit sent.. there was empty rooms and I did not get the vip treatment no room upgrades
