総合的にはまた利用してもいいかなと思います。
JFK国際空港からRLLでもE線でも便利。wifeも無料。朝食も内容、部屋申し分無し。いけないのは、隣、上の部屋からの生活音がすること。耳せんがベッドの上に事前に用意されてる訳がわかります。

オススメします
共同シャワーのシングルルームに滞在しました。金額のわりに部屋の広さも私には充分でウォークインクローゼットまであり、シャワーも不快感はありませんでした。地下にランドリールームがあり、長期滞在に便利だと思います。朝食は毎日少しずつメニューが変わりますが野菜がないのは残念。そして日曜日は朝食がありません。 立地はメトロ駅近くでアクセス良し。 タイムズスクエア近くに宿泊した友人は「毎晩騒がしかった」ようですが、5泊中静かな夜が大半で助かりました。

地下鉄至近で移動が楽。清掃は毎日(ベッドメーキングも!)してくれます。設備は古風(ex.冷蔵庫なし)ですが落ち着くインテリア。 Good location, so moving is very easy.Cleanning was perfect,including everyday bed making. Traditional style room was comfortable(no refrigerator).

地下鉄駅に近く朝食が美味しい宿
７泊しました。まず最寄り駅から徒歩２分なのでどこに行くのにも便利。地下鉄E線はJFK空港のと接続は良い。１時間強かかるが、私のように重くて大きな荷物を持っているものには乗換え１回で空港まで行けたので助かった。特筆すべきは朝食の充実ぶり。楽しみでした。建物は少し古いけど私には気になりませんでした。繁華街から少し離れていて静かでしたが、それを選ぶかどうかはその人の旅のスタイルによると思います。私は次もこのホテルに泊まりたいです。

チェルシー地区でこのコスパ
初めてニューヨークに滞在しました。 このホテルのリッチ条件とコスパはとても良いと思いました。 23stという広い道路で比較的深夜でも人通りのある見通しの良い、アップタウンとダウンタウンへ行くにも便利な地下鉄の駅がすぐのホテルでした。 東南アジア、リゾート地にあるホテルの優雅さはありませんが 旅をよくしている方なら納得いくと思います。 共同風呂も各フロアーにあり清潔に保たれていました。 アメニティーに耳栓が置いてありましたが使わずにすみました。 ただ壁が薄いもようで、話し声や扉の閉まる時にはお互い配慮が必要でしょう。 ですが THE LEO HOUSEにまた泊まると思います。

ロケーションも良く、スタッフも親切
ホテルのロケーションもスタッフの態度も清潔さも申し分なし。しかし、隣の部屋との境に扉があり、明かりや音のモレは少々気になる。お風呂が共同だが苦にはならなかった。蛇口も抑えていないと水は止まってしまうが、工夫すれば大して気にはならない。ただ、予約の際にデポジットとして全額盗られてしまうのには問題がある。（ホテルに直接、苦情を言ったら、サイトのせいだと言われた⇒その通りだと思う)

エアコンや浴槽の水回りの蛇口があまりにも古すぎて使い勝手が悪くタイムスリップしているみたいだった。 今どき、冷蔵庫がないことに対してこの宿泊ｔ料金だと、割が合わない。

The staff at the front desk were friendly. The room was decent, but there were a couple small stains on the duvet. The shower is in another room and shared between other guests. The breakfast on Saturday was good with lots of variety. It was about a 25 minute walk to Times Square, and the area around was quiet at night.

Hotel sympathique proche des stations de métro de la 23ème rye à Chelsea. L'essentiel des activités peut se faire à pied. Petit déjeuner généreux et délicieux. Personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont simples, vintages mais le lit est confort. La chambre située côté rue est bruyante. Boules quies de rigueur. Prix ultra raisonnables pour séjourner au coeur de NYC

Au vu des prix New Yorkais, cet hôtel a été un bon rapport qualité prix. Bien que vieillissant, la propreté était au rendez-vous. Chambre de taille correcte avec placard et wc et lavabo. Nous avions choisi d’avoir la douche sur le palier, ce qui n’a pas été si désagréable. Douche toujours libre et propre au moment nous voulions y aller. Petit déjeuner excellent avec un cuisinier très sympathique. Le reste du personnel était en général sympathique bien que certains était plus antipathique. Hôtel idéalement placé sur Manhattan à deux pas du métro ce qui facilite les visites. Pas de traces de punaises de lits ni de rats. Nous avons été content de notre séjour 😊

Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Surtout l'équipe de la restauration au petit déjeuner Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, différent chaque jour. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot , mais très propre et très bien situé au sud de Manhattan. Tout peut se faire en métro ou a pied pour les courageux, ce qui permet de découvrir les rue typiquement New Yorkaises.

Simple accommodations, but for the price in that part of New York City you can’t beat it. Building has a 1940’s feel about it, but everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is located very close to a subway stop so you have easy access to the whole city.

There was signage in the room stating to turn off the ac whenever leaving the room, but there was no ac control at all in room 601, was a bit hot at times and even noticed the front desk girl fanning herself

New York is top, Leohouse is sterk verouderd en eigenlijk niet meer van deze tijd. Kleine bedden geen eigen douche. Ontbijt 1e morgen was prima de dagen erna zeer beperkt.

Most staff are really friendly and helpful. Super warm, comfortable and welcoming lobby area and dining room. Complimentary breakfast was great. Clean room and bathroom but a draught came through the bottom of the bedroom window. Furnishings are tired but on the accommodation was great value. Would stay again.

The pros...fabulous Chelsea location close to transport options and can walk to all kinds of awesome things from here. Great dining options and coffee close by. Free hotel breakfast buffet with a large range of options. Tommy and Amber were wonderful on the front desk always ready with a smile and a kind word. Both a credit to the hotel. Cons....other front desk staff cold and surly bordering on rude. Even when greeted with a smile no smile in return. Housekeeping is hit and miss. Says every 4 days but my room was only cleaned once and bedding never changed, it seems completely random. I booked a long while in advance but had a lower floor room with a view of a wall and aircon machine. The worst thing though was the noise. It was awful.. old building with thin uninsulated walls so every flush of a toilet, loud voices, water running can be heard. The constant slamming of doors and corridor noise meant i didnt get a single full nights sleep and was driven mad to the point of turning the tv on to cover the noise and try to relax. It was like staying in the middle of Grand Central Station i'm sorry to say. I loved New York but would stay somewhere quieter next time. If noise doesnt bother you you would be fine here.

An older hotel, quirky, spartan room, shared shower but overall a great bargain in a convenient location (Chelsea, 10 minute walk from Penn Station). Friendly staff, hearty breakfast.
