新しい家を見つけるまでの一時的な仮住まいとして利用しました。コロナの影響もあり日系の不動産も短期アパートの取り扱いをやめているところも多くあるようなので、ここで3週間弱過ごしながら住居探しをしました。4人家族としては破格の一泊＄120～160程度で滞在することができました。コロナの影響もあり部屋掃除は週に1回程度、ごみ回収なども自分で、朝食は付かないなど制限がありましたが、立地面など含めて総合的には満足のいくものでした。

Studioに泊まりました。長期滞在であったためのんびりできる空間が欲しかったですが家族4名ではやや狭い印象でした。しかしこの値段と清潔感であれば文句はほとんどないです。

出張利用　問題無い良いホテルと思います

出張で利用しました。JFKから地下鉄E線で最寄り駅下車徒歩7ー8分です。部屋自体はNYにしては広めで清潔えで問題無い。部屋には小さなキッチンあり電子レンジ冷蔵庫あり食器も一揃いあります。ホテルとは直接関係ありませんがホテル出て左手に進み通りにでて左に曲がって2ブロックくらいのところにあるピザ屋は99セントで破格の値段で味も良くお勧めです。夜外の車とか救急車？の音が若干気になりましたが大きな問題とは感じませんでした。朝食も無料の割には良かったです。地方のレジデンスインに比べると種類が多かったです。

前回もこちらに宿泊し、ミニキッチンがあるところが気に入り、再び予約しました。前回と同じレンジのルームチョイスでしたが、若干小さかったので、階数や場所によって多少違うのかもしれません。ただ、ビジネスでそれなりのスパンでの滞在だったので、やはりキッチンや食器、温かい軽食が作れるレンジなどはとても重宝しました。次の機会もここにしたいと思っています。

マンハッタンに暮らせるホテル

ロビー、ラウンジは広く仕事や打ち合わせにも使える快適なスペース。部屋は電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、2口コンロ付きで日本のワンルームより広く快適。コーヒーメーカーと電子レンジポップコーンのサービスが置いてあり無料。ペットボトルの水のみ有料。地下にはコインランドリーあり洗濯乾燥で7ドル。洗剤類はフロントにも売っているが、近くのスーパーで買った方がお得。その他地下には小さいながら一般的なジムあり。朝食は充実しており、ジュース2種類、シリアル3種類、オートミール、ワッフル、フルーツ2種類、ヨーグルト、ハムチーズ類、スクランブルエッグ、パンベーグルマフィンペストリー類、日替わりで、2種類のベーコンソーセージなどの肉類、コーヒー紅茶デカフェ類と豊富でバランス良いです。難点は外部の騒音が深夜でも激しく、ベッド脇に置いてある耳栓を着けないと眠れない事。便利な場所なのでこれは仕方がない。近くには日本食料理店やデリもあり、普通の外食にも困らないが、中心部なので物価が高い。暮らすように旅をしたい人にお勧めのホテルです。英語話せない人はやめた方が良いです。2週間で日本人は一度も見かけませんでした。

ファースト・オプション

マンハッタンにあるレジデンス・イン４つのうち、セントラルパーク／ダウンタウンそして今回のミッドタウン・イースト（レキシントンAv＆48th）と、3つに泊まりました。それは、私の希望する条件が、ほぼ揃っているからです。特に、電子レンジ／大型冷蔵庫／ＩＨ調理器／食洗器、そしてほぼ揃っている料理器具と食器類。無いのは塩・胡椒を除く調味料ぐらいという充実ぶり。また、朝食で使われるラウンジが非常に快適。ボックス席もあるソファ／テーブル席／カウンター席があって、かなりの人数が集まっても快適。食事時以外はほとんど人がいないので落ち着く。これらが、どのホテルでも同じように設備されています。ただ、例えばセントラルパークでは、部屋の収納が奥行きが無くて使いづらかったり、冷蔵庫が小型で２リットリのペットボトルを立てたまま入れられなかったりと、多少の違いはありました。なので、滞在の目的（立地）や時期や曜日による宿泊料の違いによって使い分けるのが理想的です。

The staff at this hotel are all outstanding and very responsive to customer needs. Great breakfast - they also ensured that my food intolerances were responded to. Whilst the rooms are slightly dated they are extremely clean and the kitchen facilities are a big bonus.

The hotel is within walking distance to a lot. The room was very clean. Housekeeping came every other day. However there is construction going on, on the outside of building and we were unlucky and had them on our non assessable patio making loud noise. We would come back to the room for a mid day nap but it was impossible to nap because they were right on our windows making a ton of noise. Not sure why the hotel put people in the room they are doing construction on directly on the other side of the bedroom window. The bath water also came out yellow, so had to bathe my kids in yellow water.

Safe convenient and quiet. It worked out well for our family. The bed and sheets were sketchy and they didn’t clean the rooms when they said they would. Bed was kinda shady and the pillows were foul.

This is a great hotel in the perfect location and walking distance to Central Park, Grand Central station for using the subway to get around. Breakfast is fine given it is included, might be nice to include some more fresh items, we had cold tomatoes one morning which given we aren’t sweet/pastry people we enjoyed. Thoroughly recommend if visiting NYC
