宿泊代はお手頃でしたが初めてのNYCの方にはお勧めしないかな
地下鉄ACEの8th Ave.と7のHudson yard 34Stのどちらが近いかなぁと言う感じ。NYCへの旅は何かとよく歩くので、いづれも歩き疲れた時に駅に近いホテルとは言えない位置(10分くらいは覚悟)。冬ならバスタブがあって嬉しかったですが、今回の季節ではあまり重要でなかった。バスルームの電気を付ける度に同時に稼働する換気せんの音がやたらうるうるさい。カーペットが湿った感じで、物を落として拾ったら髪の毛がくっついてきたので掃除機をかけているのか不信。クローゼットの扉が壊れていて半開きになるのが嫌だった。(601号)2泊したけれど、コーヒーの追加settingがなく、氷入れの溶けた水を捨てたり、新しいビニール袋が置いていなかったり。ネガティブコメントが続きましたが、安く泊まれてベットも広く寝心地も良かったのと、Water サーバーが１Fにあって水筒に入れて活用させていただきました。安全な感じのエリアではないけれど、9Ave.と10Ave.の間で、9Ave.に近いので8Ave.まで出たり、から戻るときは36Stではなく明るく人通りの多い34Stを歩くなどちょっと工夫しました。リピートするかは次の旅の予算次第。

Good hotel for a short stay
It is a bit far from main street. It may not be safe to walk alone by midnight. But the Empire State Building is nearby and it is conveniently located at a distance that you can walk Times Square. And it's quiet place. The staff will respond smoothly. The room has a coffee maker, a hair dryer and a safety box. The bathtub was large but I did not know how to shower.

ペン駅から近い！
地下鉄はもちろんアムトラやNJトランジットも停車するペン駅が徒歩10分ほどの距離にあるのはありがたい。 タイムズスクエアも20分程度の距離なので歩けます。ただ夜遅いと危険が増すので地下鉄をオススメします。 ロビーにコーヒーや冷水温水のサービスがあるのもGood フロントの方はみんなも陽気で明るく楽しいです！

Not as expected. This place is less than a motel. Poor maintenance, furniture and bedding. Quality service depends upon the person in front desk. Not recommended.

The room was very quiet and mostly clean. The hair dryer was almost completely broken and seemed unsafe to use. It was also quite frustrating to have the room’s motion sensor turning on the bright room lights every time you flipped in bed. With 3 people in our room, the light was on all night, disturbing our sleep. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the property and particularly grateful to the helpful staff who checked in our luggage early and made us feel welcome.

This property has had mixed reviews, so I was cautious. The price was right and the location near Javitz was great, so I gave it a shot. While it is obvious this isn't at the Hampton Inn level, it was clean and the bedding was fresh. The heat didn't work, the tub had a crack in it, a light didn't work, and the walls were thin. However, no bugs, no smells, and it was clean. Parking was a block away and the convention center was just down the street. At this price, I would stay here again.

When we arrived, we were having an issue with the main door because the sign wasn’t clear. The receptionist saw me struggle, but didn’t come to help, just gestured with her hand. It was nice that they let us leave our stuff because we arrived before the check in time. The room, at first, was nicer than I anticipated considering the location and price; however, I quickly realized why this hotel didn’t have many good reviews. There were pieces of hair in the shower that weren’t ours (before we even showered) and some crumbs in the fridge and desk. I was happy that they had a coffee machine, but the keurig pods were gone the next day and I wasn’t able to get coffee after one day. The elevator is very slow. It is in a pretty quiet area. They had the basic necessities.

This was the second worst experience I've had staying at a hotel. The entryway had what looked to be a bag of trash in entry. Shabby room. TV didn't work. Phone didn't work. Electrical outlets didn't work. Front desk did not answer when I tried to call using my cell. I think they were just understaffed, but it happened a half dozen times. Ugh! Stay away.

This property is not as listed!!!! The room was horrible, smelled like dead pest, light switches were broken so it wasn’t any lighting, door wouldn’t lock, no heat or air! I immediately left after checking in…that’s how unfit and bad it was! I was told by the front desk representative that I could not receive a refund. I have pictures and everything. 0/10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!

Got the job done. Would stay here again out of convenience & nice front desk worker. Only problem we had was the room they gave us the keys for would not unlock & went up/down the elevator 4x until we got a room. The tv was not connected at all & was very difficult to try to figure that out.

Smallest, messiest, worst room we’ve ever been in. Three girls were put in a street level room, immediately next to the elevator; we didn’t feel safe at all. We asked to move and he said there was nothing they could do. The walls had holes and nails and there was mold on the window, ceiling, and radiator. The two beds had less than four inches of space between them and abutted both walls, with barely any walking space in front of the beds. For $500 a night, we were appalled at the conditions we were getting. We didn’t stay the night.

Worst place. They don’t even give you water bottle at check in . It’s pathetic. Drunken people roam in the lobby and lift. And it’s scary for the women to stay. The receptionist is so harsh and not polite to customers!!! Worst experience in New York!
