Stayed here with my family during school vacation. Location afforded quick access to mid-town attractions, notably museums, Times Square, Korea-town, Rockefeller Center (Empire State Building) and Central Park, among others. We walked quite a bit, but subway stations are also close by.
Our room (2 queen beds) was quite small, lacked a refrigerator, and had a weak AC, but was clean and otherwise suitable for our needs. The complimentary breakfast offered a decent variety of items and was plentiful.
The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs and questions.
The informal smoking area in front of the hotel was a bit of an annoyance, but I would rather have guests smoking outside than in their rooms.
