The room smells of smoke, ironing board and iron was broken . The view was horrible. We had to leave the vent on in the bathroom to keep the smell of smoke down. Sheets looked like someone before had smoked in the room little holes burnt in the sheets and comforter.

This hotel is extremely overpriced considering the poor condition of the facilities, as well as the bad location. Its directly next to a city sanitation depot on one side, and on the other side is a line of mechanic shops and a city bus depot.

Unexpected fees, advertised as tax included, but had to pay taxes. Dirty and run down property. I pay cash and did not get a proper receipt.

It was nothing like the photos. Very run down & the rooms were not of a great standard. We felt unsafe around some of the other customers who arrived while we were checking in at 10.30pm. We would never stay at this location again

I made a reservation on December 31, 2023 at approximately 2 AM in the morning, at the Days Inn marine park hotel Room C09. Although I checked in at the front decks 2 AM in the morning, I did not enter the room until 6 AM in the morning due to work I had to attend. When I entered the room the bathroom was filthy there was mold everywhere in the bathroom. And the room was dirty. I went to the front desk for a room change and I was told there was no more rooms available. And I would have to call management for a refund at that time. I was already exhausted at 6 AM in the morning trying to find another hotel. But no other hotels had available room until 11am. Which was too late. So I was forced to sit in the room and sleep until check out time . This is totally unacceptable and would like a refund! There is no way to attach pictures in this feed, but I will definitely attach pictures in the review on the website.. I had to use the bathroom and the moment I walked in there I started throwing up and I have been throwing up all day!
