Lobby seating is so limited. Afternoon snacks and cold water could have been better. Rooms were cramped, the TV faced the front door and not the bed. Very little room to move around in the room. Just bad experience overall

The hospital checked me out of my room after the first night because they didn’t see any of my luggage in the room. Horrible. I came back to the room and they already gave it to someone else.

the room was near the elevator and the noise was crazy every minute i heard it going up and down i came to the hotel to have peace and quit i would like a full refund

Loved this hotels! The rooms were the perfect size. The staff were wonderful and all super kind with good mannerisms. The rooftop deck is AMAZING!! Will definitely be staying here again!

Nice and clean rooms. Only issue was that the room was very hot at 75 degrees even when I kept the thermostat low at 69 degrees. For some reason it didn’t get cold until late at night.

They said we get housekeeping one day for the whole stay and they never showed up. After a whole day out we wanted to rest and around 7pm housekeeping knocked at the door offering towels…pretty disappointing
