立地条件が、とても良い、何処へ行くにも便利、部屋の大きさに不安があったが、問題なしでした。ただ一つ問題があったのは、UBERがホテルの前まで来てくれ無かった、多分、駐車・停車が難しいくらい、ホテル前に駐車してるトラック・バンが居たから？

連泊時の清掃をもう少し丁寧にしてほしかった。浴槽に汚れが残っていたり、床掃除が行き届いていなかったり、使用済みのグラスがそのままにしてあったりした。シャワーを浴びると毎回床がびしょびしょになるので、シャワールームの扉を改善してほしい。

Mid Town の便利なロケーション、シャワーは天井からの移動不可。清潔はOk,フロントの対応はこのクラス相応です。ただ、check outの際、Newarkまでの車を予約を依頼すると$115でHouse Carあるとのことでカードではらう。が、無事飛行場に到着するや再び請求された。口論になるが面倒だと現金で支払う。ドライバーの生活を考えると解る気がしたので。

また泊まりたいです。

小規模なホテルで掃除も行き届き、すっきりした室内のインテリアは好みでした。夕方のターンダウンもあり、スタッフも感じの良い人が多かったです。すぐそばに中華料理店や日本の食品を売るお店もあり重宝しました。街の中心地にありながら、ゆったりとした空気が流れているようなホテルでした。

Nice boutique hotel in midtown

The room was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. It would have been perfect if they had better breakfast.

NY女子一人旅

チェックインもスムーズでお部屋も清潔。朝は二階でコーヒーサービスもありました。シャワーのみでバスタブへありませんでした。トランプタワーの近くで、ポリス、パトカーが、多くある意味治安はいいかと思われます。ただ窓を開けても隣のビルとの汚い隙間しか見えないこと。(場所の良さを考えればしかないですが)チェックアウト前にポーターを頼んだのですが、三回電話して(20分待たされた)やっと来てくれたので、ポーター頼む方は早めがオススメです。全体的には高評価！

学生の経営しているホテルのようで客に対する対応が最低だった。とても誰にも勧められない。

部屋の隅にほこりやごみが滞在中ずっとあった。ベットカバーには複数のシミがついていた。タクシーを呼んでほしいと言ったらホテルタクシーに乗らないで、普通のタクシーにしてほしいと言ったら飛行機に乗り遅れると言われ、笑われた。モーニングコールがならなかった。

便利なロケーション、こじんまりした快適なホテル

とても便利なロケーションで、セントラルパークにも5番街にも近く、とても便利でした。クルーズの前泊で1泊しただけですが、短い時間の中でセントラルパークの散策もショッピングも堪能できて助かりました。

Good location, Good service

All the hotel employees are very nice and kind. Specially door man has glasses! Smiling all the time, very helpful just perfect. Location is fantastic, 30sec from 5th.

◼︎良い点アーリーチェックインに応じてくれたスタッフが親切買い物や美術館巡りに最高の立地部屋がオシャレで快適アメニティのシャンプーがオーガニック ◼︎悪い点隣の部屋の声がときどき聞こえた窓からの景色が隣のビルだったまたニューヨークに行く時は是非泊まりたい。

地下鉄近い

地下鉄の駅も近く、周りには美味しい食べ物屋がたくさんあり、初めてのNYだったのですが大変便利でした。室内も可愛いく、ホテルのスタッフもいい人でした。無料Wi-Fiがあるのでこのホテルを選んだのですが、大正解でした。

朝から気分良く

到着が昼前だったのに部屋が用意できてるからと入れてくれました。ドアマンの男性がとても親切で明るくて朝から気分良く出かけられ、帰りも気持ちよく迎えてくれました。ティファニーやヘリリベンデルは歩いて2分、チェックアウト12時で、最終日の空き時間まで買い物できる立地。部屋は女子にオススメな感じです。

アクセス便利でお洒落なデザインホテル

5番街の王道ショッピングがお好みで、センスのないメジャー級ホテルが嫌！という方にはおススメ。バーグドルフグッドマンには歩いて3分、セントラルパークは５分、バーニーズは7分ほど。大き目のバスタブ付きの部屋（360ドルくらい）もあるし、日本のお惣菜や薬まで豊富に売っているデリまで歩いて30秒なので、日本人は非常に助かります。１階のカフェでは、毎日フリーコーヒーがいただけます。

清潔＆開放感を求める方には最高です

今回は、２回目のニューヨークで二日間滞在しました。３階に滞在しましたが、窓が大きく開くので、開放感があります。部屋もとても清潔で、バス・シャワーの利用もとても快適です。

This was a well located property. The staff were friendly and helpful. But, they use high tech door that have a code. The hall was not light enough for my husband, who is older, to see it. It meant if he was not with me he couldn't get into our room. The room was only cleaned as part of the price once in 5 days. So good not great

An app, not a hotel

This isn’t a hotel. It’s a room rental w/ an app (requiring you to agree to marketing) to get a 7 digit code to access the bldg and room. At 1 am, the code didn’t work. I was on the street w/o my belongings. Pay attention, the only amenity is internet and 2 thin towels. Dimly lit hallways require getting on your knees with a flashlight to enter code. The 2nd morning, no hot water. No phone to the front desk. The London help desk was so sorry for our inconvenience. Housekeeping is $40 extra, so don’t stay for more than 1 night. Sonders has no concept of guest services or hospitality. There are better choices in nyc.

Ho alloggiato diversi giorni in questa struttura. Sono stata molto bene. La posizione a pochi metri dalla 5th Avenue e dal Central Park e dai mezzi pubblici. Camere molto ampie e bagno spazioso con doccia a pioggia. La hall molto accogliente e calda, arredata con gusto. Molto bello il soppalco con salottini e tavoli dove poter leggere o mangiare. Gli addetti alla reception sempre molto cordiali e sorridenti. Tornerò' sicuramente in questa struttura.

I had a wonderful experience! The room was beautiful, the gym had great equipment, and the location was perfect. There were restaurants and shops in every direction. If I had any questions, they were immediately addressed with the online customer service. I highly recommend this property!!
