セントラル・パークビューの部屋に滞在しましたが、価格相応に快適でした。オペラとカーネギーホールが、至近で、ここの立地には代え難いものがあります。

予想外にサービスは良くない。 部屋にポットやコーヒー紅茶が無く、全てルームサービス方式なので、富裕層向け。リゾートのリッツ・カールトンの方が良いですね!立地とNYCって事で余裕無い方にはオススメでは無いでしょう。

立地条件は最高だが、ロビー等が狭い。マンハッタンという土地柄で仕方ないかもしれない。 ツインをリクエストしたが、(三人) ダブルルームしかないとか、部屋代も高い時期だったうえに、エクストラベッド代を75ドル請求された。部屋代も11万円だったので、この時期は行かないほうがいいかもしれない。でもクリスマスツリー等の飾りつけとか素敵だった。朝食の最後の日に食べたが、三人で、175ドル! こんなのでびっくりする人は泊まってはいけないホテルかもしれない。香港のフォーシーズンズホテルはエクストラベッド代取られなかった。比べるほうが悪い?

立地は最高、サービスは最低
ハネムーンで宿泊しました。 チェックイン後、ドアの下にメッセージカードが差し込まれ、ウェルカムアメニティを用意するので都合がいい時に連絡してとの事。外出後、電話するとすぐに持って行くわ!と感じよく答えられたのに、待てど暮らせど来ない。30分以上来ないので耐えかねてコンシェルジェに確認するよう連絡すると、その10分後に男性スタッフがウェルカムドリンクのスパークリングワインを持って登場。「すぐ飲むのか?」と聞かれたのですぐ飲むと伝えると、嫌々ながら注いでくれたのはいいが、床の絨毯にこぼしまくりで唖然。 バスルームにはきっと間違えたのだろう、シャンプー×2でコンディショナーがない。(笑) ないと困るので電話して持ってきてもらった。 立地はいいが、サービスは最低だった。 これだけの料金を払えばニューヨークにはもっと高いクオリティのサービスを提供するホテルがたくさんあるのでもう泊まることはないだろう。

スタッフは日本語も話せる方が2人もいてまたその方達がナイスホスピタリティでした。 設備は古い部分も感じられましたが、来年リニューアルされるそうです。 朝食にフルーツが沢山あると良かったですが残念です。

フロントを始めスタッフの皆さんの親切なおもてなしには感銘します。ただ日本語のわかるコンシェルジュがいるということでしたが、そうでは無かったようで、少し心配でした。 入り口が分かりにくい点が、難点かな?

セントラルパークのすぐ前にあり、立地条件は素晴らしい。 ただ古いホテルだから止むを得ないのかもしれないが、バスルームがなく、 シャワールームのみなのはマイナス点といえる。 2ベットルーム(キングスor クウィーン+ダブル)の選択があると良いと思う。

セントラルヴューは最高!
日本でのリッツの卓越したサービスに比べると人的なサービスで見劣りを感じました。 アメリカという国の特性上、恐らく仕事が専門化されているので、トップによって部門で差がでるのは5星ホテルでもしようがないかもしれません。前から計画していたリッツ.セントラルパークヴューに4連泊できましたしスターラウンジで食事も出来ましたので、一応、満足しています。来年はプラザのパークヴューにしようかとも思っていますがメンバーになっているのでリピーターになってみるのも良いかとも考えています。

日本語が話せるスタッフが居てくれたので、助かりました。レストランの相談にものってもらい、とても良いセレクトをして頂き満足しました。 ただ、併設されているレストランで朝食をとろうと入ったところ、ほとんどの席が空いているにも関わらず、黒人の女性スタッフに入り口の通路側の席に案内されました。その後満席になるのかと見ておりましたか全く空いたままでしたので、明らかに差別されたように感じました。フロント、コンシェルジュはとてもホスピタリティーに溢れた接客であったのに残念でした。

1. We arrived at your Hotel around 16:30 to check in. Although it was after check-in time, the room was not ready, so we were told to wait for 5 minutes. BUT we have been kept waiting for more than 30 minutes. He should have told us that we have to wait over 30 minutes to get the room ready in advance. I wonder why he had to tell us an obvious lie; 5 minutes! Moreover, when we went to our room, our suitcase was not there. We have to wait another 15 minutes to have the suitcase and get changed. We have lost our precious shopping time. 2. On the second morning, we left a memo to the housekeeper to leave bottles of complementary water. But we found “Fiji” water (brand name of the water) on the night table which was printed as $12 on the bar list. We didn’t want to be charged for the water, so we asked her if we drink “Fiji” water what is going to be? She left a memo telling us that we are going to be charged for the water. (this caused us to buy water at the super market) Why did this happen? She just took out the “Fiji” water from the fridge and put it on the night table. 3. On the third night, as we came back to our room around 7:00, there was no water on the night table. So, we called the house keeping to bring us a couple of bottles. BUT nobody came for over an hour. We had to call again. BUT, the result was the same. We called the house keeping 3 times and then the concierge twice. After all, the concierge himself brought them himself. We have to wait 2 hours for the water. I hope this was not done on purpose, 4. On the first day, we used the bathrobes, but they were taken away. We wanted to leave them. 5. We left a memo for the housekeeper to leave a bottle of conditioner, but she left a shampoo instead. She should be more careful about reading the guest’s memo. 6. The curtain of the shower booth should be placed inside the booth. I took a shower in an ordinary way, but the bathroom floor got awfully wet. It took a lot of time to clean it up. I asked if there is any solution for this leaving a memo to the housekeeper, but there was no answer.

Growing up all you ever hear is comparison to the Ritz how it’s the best and the fanciest. The crem de la crem allegedly. The staff was amazing, Thomas the concierge was amazing helped up plan our day and treated us amazing. The room however was lackluster the view of Central Park was nice, however the mold in the shower team with poorly cleaned room with thick layers of dust on doors and phones etc teamed with a rock hard bed that was not comfortable my disappointed was immeasurable. This is supposed to be the absolute best and it was no where near Espically for the price would considered many others before going back.

The staff are super nice and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, bed lovely and I loved having a tub. The room was very well equipped with wine and champagne glasses and a very well stocked fridge with drinks and snacks. The room had a steamer for your clothes too and bathrobes. The only thing missing is an ice machine on the floor, so you have to order ice and have it delivered. And a big bummer is no coffee machine in the room. Which is disappointing. But you can go down and get coffee in the lobby in the morning. Which is not great of course. Especially if you are working in the room most of the day. As my husband was. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Hotel doormen were more interested in their phones than they were with the guests. Constantly paying more attention to themselves rather than assisting guests with doors and luggage. Hotel lobby bar staff place our order incorrectly twice and check in never bothered to notify us our room was ready. Great location, disappointing staff, not worth the value for the money.

This is a wonderful property and a true five star. We stayed 4 nights and couldn’t have been happier. The park view room on the 7th floor had wonderful views of the park. The bathroom was fantastic and no “brown” water as stated in other reviews. No iron in the room is not an issue. We requested an iron and had it in less than 5 minutes. The doormen were friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff did a great job. The area has every restaurant, shopping, subway, etc. you could want. We come to NYC several times a year and this was one of the best!

공원뷰 객실이용, 창을 통해 보이는 센트럴파크와 주위건물, 하늘의 모습이 모두 그림같이 예쁘다. 아침, 낮, 저녁, 밤 모든 전망이 좋다. 명품shop이 많이 있는 5번가도 가까워 걸어서 갈 수 있고, 공원산책도 자유롭다. The Met박물관은 공원을 통해 걸어갈 수 있다. 분위기는 고풍스러우나 최근 리모델링하여 깨끗한 편 직원들 매우 친절하다. 특히 한국인 직원 Casey가 소통및 편의제공에 친절하게 많은 도움를 주어 기억에 남는 여행이 되었다. 커피머신, 냉장고, 전자레인지, 물끓일 주전자등 문의했더니 추가요금없이 친절하게 가지고 와서 다 세팅해 주었다. 이 호텔은 필요한 것이 있으면 일단 문의하는 것이 중요하다. 욕실용 가운, 신발도 고급지다. 다음에 또 묶고싶은 호텔이다.
