"Hannah was very helpful on check-in. We had something come up unexpectedly & could only stay the 1st night. She took care of it expertly. Room itself (King w/balcony & separate room w/sofa sleeper & its own balcony & TV) was spacious. Yes, the facility and room looks somewhat dated but it was clean, no "critters" and everything functioned as you would expect. Better than some of the reviews would indicate. "

"Cute, clean b&b just a short walk from the beach. The innkeeper is lovely, such a nice lady and easy to talk to. We stayed in the mermaid suite and it's every bit as beautiful as the pictures. Breakfast is good but only served at 9 or 9:30 so keep that in mind. "

"What a good V I B E Ocean’s 11 Suites has. It wasn’t my usual ocean view room I usually get, but it was Magical. The suite was very clean- I had my own parking spot in front of my suite N I C E! It was like a little apartment. Loved all the windows-even in the bathroom. I loved my beach access across the street and all the other things like stores, souvenir shops and and Canaveral National Seashore was about a fifteen min drive down the street. They do not have a front desk but it was ok- communication with Jeremy by phone or text was fine. I will be returning to Ocean’s 11 Suites just L O VE D it. Thank you Jeremy! P H O E N I X"
