PLEASE read all House Rules to be sure this home is a good fit for you. ONLY the Registered Guests spending the night are allowed on the property. We do not allow for any Day Visitors to “stop by” for ANY reason. No exceptions.

We are a family run Vacation Rental with over 800 all 5 star reviews! We love what we do and we hope that it shows!

The property was great! We went down for Daytona Bike Week and it was exactly what we were looking for. The communication was second to none and the cleanliness of the property was a big deal for us. We hate staying at places that aren’t clean. If I’m in the Daytona/New Smyrna area again, I won’t hesitate to book!

The house and the location were perfect. Debbie and Art have done a marvelous job of redoing the house- the location was perfect. close to the beach and more importantly walking distance to all of the restaurants and festivals - we had a great time.

Amazing stay and awesome hosts!

We had a fantastic stay at this home while visiting family over ski week. We had researched and read all the 5 star reviews for both the property and the hosts and they were all accurate and then some. From booking through check in process and throughout our stay, Debbie was so helpful, informative with a list of their favorite restaurants and answered all questions with such quick response. The property itself is exactly as advertised in the pictures, clean, comfortable, with all the amenities you would need and in a perfect location to explore NSB. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend this house if you are planning a trip to this part of Florida. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Week in New Smyrna

Private and Perfect

Our group of 4 adults has a wonderful stay at this NSB gem. Well appointed, very comfortable beds, all the amenities you need, and the Florida room with a record player was icing on the cake. The location is ideal and walking distance to anything you want or need along historic Canal street. The beach is just a 5 minute drive across the intracoastal and Publix is 5 minutes down 44. Can't go wrong with this little piece of paradise.

Bungalow with great location

This bungalow was perfect in so many ways: very clean, comfortable, well stocked with kitchen items, lovely outdoor space, off street parking and a cozy Florida room. The location is a short walking distance to Canal Street and a short drive to Flagler. It is on a quiet dead end street. The welcome gifts from the owner were a delightful surprise. I highly recommend this rental!

LOVELY, CHARMING, CONVENIENT LITTLE GETAWAY

This a lovely, charming little two-bedroom property conveniently located in the New Smyrna's historic district. It is only a few minutes from the beach and other activities. Very clean, well-kept property with wonderful new amenities, large comfortable beds, a huge enjoyable shower with seemingly brand new fixtures throughout, including extra towels and a thoughtful gift bag. This place is really enjoyable and definitely recommended to all.

Charming Bungalow

Great little 2 bedroom house on a safe, quiet side street. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants, quick drive to quaint Flagler Avenue. Great little bungalow

Went to NSB for art show. Bungalow was perfect location for walking to show and nearby ‘main’ street with great restaurants and shops and riverside park. House was cute, clean, comfy and exactly as advertised. Communication with owner was promptly responsive and informative. Lovely touch of a greeting gift of wine. It’s a an easy straight shot to the beach - a bit of a walking trek but 5 minutes via car. All-around win-win!

Early Mother's Day Weekend

Fabulous weekend getaway. Cozy, quiet, and easy access to beach, historical district and great restaurants. The place was perfect for 3 people, clean and well maintained. The beds were super comfortable and enjoyed the album player in the front porch. We were unable to utilize the outdoor patio furniture for meals and entertainment due to the rain but it sure looked inviting. The property owners were very accommodating with nice welcome gift.

Fantastic in every way!!

What a prefect place! Plenty of room for our little ladies weekend crew! We were greeted with a personalized welcome letter and bottle of wine, plus sweet treats on the beds! This house is so cute and cozy - and walking distance to all the shoppes and restaurants of canal street. The owner was lovely and accommodating. I’ll be back for sure!

Perfect place for Daytona racing fans or area visitors. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to area amenities and restaurants and a quick ride to Daytona International Airport or Racetrack. No hassle check-in and exit. Nicely appointed unit, including two large TV's and washer/dryer.

Perfect Spot for any reason to get away!

Quaint, Quiet, Quality! You’re close enough to the action and the beaches while being situated off a peaceful side street. This bungalow has everything your need. You can do as much or as little as you want. Two blocks in one direction is the famed Canal Street for shopping and dining. Two blocks in another direction you’re on the scenic causeway. Two steps out your door is the perfect outside sitting area for a glass of wine and a good book! The hosts are beyond amazing and have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. I will be a returning guest!
