Beautiful 2-bedroom 3-1/2 bath overlooking a gorgeous bay. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy Florida's beautiful weather. Private fenced front porch with firepit for cooler nights and games for many good times. Back porch with 2-person hot tub off the master bedroom to spend quality time enjoying the views. Bikes for cruising the beautiful neighborhood or ride to the beach and our popular Flagler Ave as well as Canal Street with lots of amazing restaurants and shops. Community pool at clubhouse, and kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy the back yard water playground with a private dock to spend time fishing or just hanging out on the water. The floating dock can accommodate a small boat. Come and enjoy beautiful New Smyrna Beach!

Beautiful accommodations in beautiful location

This rental had everything you could ask for and more. The pictures online accurately depict the home—gourmet kitchen, electric fireplace, updated bathrooms and bedrooms with large outdoor spaces both front side and river side. On most days we started with coffee river side in the morning sun and later moved to the large patio in the afternoon to catch the evening warm sun. We saw dolphins, manatees and even a baby shark. Lots of birds hung out on the dock and in the mangroves. The owner was super helpful and went to great detail in cleaning and preparing for our arrival. Lots of small gestures.that made our time in New Symrna Beach great. Would give this 10 out of 10 in all regards Two snowbirds from Sconnie

Restful place

Lori is a great host. One of the best. The unit is very big and was very clean. Lori made us feel it was our home away from home. The canal view was relaxing .We enjoyed many meals on the deck while watching fish jump and dolphins . We highly recommend her place. Booking this place was easily accomplished through VRBO. All the information was well displayed and no disappointment All correspondence with Lori was helpful and positive. Thanks for everything Lori.. Lionel and Helene Janisse
