Canal Street Alchemy II

Rental Property Description our home is conveniently located close enough to all the sites and attractions while offering a retreat from the hustle and bustle when relaxation is desired. Our home has been completed renovated recently, offering modern comforts with a beach side vibe.

Beautifully updated New Smyrna Beach Bungalow. Home has undergone a full renovation with updates and new finishes throughout. Great setting within walking distance to Canal (tons of dining, pubs, s etc.) Two bedrooms and two baths, large backyard with a brick patio area. Very private but still close enough to all the action.

This cozy and newly renovated beach vibe cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, small families, business travelers.

The cottage has tons of charm . 100% updated including furniture, linens etc.
The back patio has a lovely private sitting space with a gas grill patio seating and relaxation in a private lush florida landscape
Guest access
Entire home and back yard.

Very walkable area, large variety of dining, shopping, cafes, pubs within a few blocks.

Beautiful, cozy cottage

The cottage is gorgeous, had everything we jeeded fir our stay and it was very clean. We loved the firepit in the back yard. The only downide is the neighborhood is a little noisy at night. Obviously this isnot yhe owner's failt.

House worked for our stay & plans. The house had a number of cooking pots and pans but was limited, we had to purchase an inexpensive aluminum pan to make one of our meals. However we could not find a can opener.

First Class all around

This is the second time I have stayed at this property in the last 3 months. Great location! Great place - close to everything, centrally located. Private area with shaded parking, great outdoor spot for a glass of wine to relax Owners are very attentive and responsive. Very clean, organized and well appointed. Definitely will be back. Had high expectations coming in and the location exceeded them.

Business Trip

We so enjoyed our trip to New Smyrna Beach. I had business to attend to this property was located right in between the beach and my business. We walked in the decor is lovely and comfortable everything was clean. The two master bedrooms or accommodating and the beds were very comfortable. We love the privacy of the backyard and we will be back again I will stay at this lovely place. Thank you so much as you made the home stay lovely from the beginning to the end. We love the privacy that this place offered. The area outside the gate is older but it did not bother us So much for a very pleasant stay

Introduction to VRBO due diligence

VRBO inside was amazing.. Step out on to the street and you think getto. Renovations to other units was a distraction. GPS could not actually identify location. Closeness of VRBO to main line railway caused loss of sleep as trains passed through (train whistle at each crossing). Had to clean grill, table, and fire pit areas. Dryer vent was in need of repair and addressed.

Comfortable and close to everything

A cute little cottage, with plenty of seating in the common room, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable king-size beds in the bedrooms. Canal Street and Riverside Drive are within easy walking distance, and Flagler Avenue is a five-minute drive or a somewhat longer bike ride. Definitely worth a stay.
