Right on the beach. Great view from the balcony. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Comfortable bed. Clean and cozy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Spot

We had a very nice stay. Unfortunately the weather wasn't that great and it was chilly. We still went to the beach. We just couldn't swim. Our room was amazing. It was well equipped with anything that we may possibly need. It was nice and clean and we definitely felt safe at our location.

Great direct views of the ocean. Comfortable space with everything you need. Nice comfortable bed also. Tricia was very responsive when we had a question or concern. We have already booked for next year.

The condo was as advertised, excellent view, great location, perfect for relaxing on the beach and near plenty of shopping and dining. Love New Smyrna and this is a great spot for visiting!

Great view!

This was the cutest place. Beach theme decor and the perfect view. It's close to food and entertainment and a very short walk to the beach. Loved it!

Could have been better

The 2 coffee pots and the toaster were dirty and most likely should be replaced. The very unusual bathroom sink was not convenient for every day use and dripped onto the counter top when in use. The hot water was quite a challenge if we wanted to take a hot shower. The air conditioner was so loud during night we couldn’t use it while sleeping.

Beautiful and well equipped beach front 1-bedroom condo

Everything about this condo was excellent except the cleanliness upon arrival. It just simply was not cleaned well and we this had to do some initial cleaning ourselves. The view, how it was decorated and equipped was everything you could want. Being on the top floor was awesome. Very reasonable price for what we felt we got.

Loved sleeping with the sliding door cracked a little and hear the ocean waves all night. Beautiful view, morning & evening walks in beach. My husband especially loved the cute little table & chairs on balcony. Close to groceries & ice cream. Thanks for refreshing our spirits after a rough 2022

Nice Property

The unit was great - clean and well equipped for an enjoyable stay. The pool was extremely well maintained, the private beach area was great with wonderful cabana-like shelters. It was awesome being right on the beach and having dinner or breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beach. Watching the sunrise from your room is beautiful and peaceful. However, the elevator did not work the entire time we were there. We had to climb SIX STORIES of stairs every time we came and went - the owner offered to help bring bags up on arrival, but no apology or offer of mitigation for the onerous task of climbing 80 steps many times a day for the rest of the week. Many people my age could NOT have climbed 12 flights of stairs at all. Equipment failure is not the host's fault - but her failure to offer ANY type of resolution to the problem is appalling. Great property. Overall, an enjoyable stay with comfort and convenience and a beautiful view.

Not what I thought!

We were very disappointed when we first walked in to find the condo was set back from the beach. It is located at the back of the building. So the south side of the beach was out of view! Building is to the right and obscured our view looking south. The air handler of the A/C unit is inside the closest in the bedroom. Right aside of the bed!! Needless to say we didn’t get much sleep. Just about the time you fall asleep the unit turns on. All night long. The noise is overwhelming! The bed was not comfortable which made it harder to relax. There was a light burned out in the bathroom fixture, and there was very little water pressure in shower. If you are a very tall person the sink in the bathroom will work for you. It is a bowl on top of the counter. So I had to stand on my tippy toes everytime I washed my face or brushed my teeth. I couldn’t keep the water contained to the bowl. It was not a good experience. In the kitchen, there was no soap to water dishes, fixture was there but didn’t work. I couldn’t find a plastic pitcher to mix bloody Mary’s. So had to resort to a cooking pot. Wow! Small 5 cup coffee pot. I tried to use the Brissel sweeper however it didn’t work. I would not stay here again. We did try to make the best of it.

So wonderful.

Tricia was a fantastic host. Patiently answering all questions. Check in was quick and easy, they gave us the needed blue bands for the pool. The 6th floor, one bedroom, corner unit overlooks the pool, right out to the ocean. Ocean view and sliders in both the bedroom and living room offered breathtaking views and lullaby sounds. My sister and I spent so much time on the deck in the Adirondack chairs, day and night listening and watching the crashing waves. It was our favorite spot. There are two elevators, one was out of service for most of the trip but the other worked flawlessly. The pool was heated, clean and comfortable. You open the gate to the pool and you’re on the beach. Even at high tide you still had plenty of beach. The bed was comfy, the shower was wonderful. Plenty of room for storage. A Keurig and coffee maker. Beach chairs, towels and sand toys all there. They are doing construction on the 2nd & 3rd floors. That never interrupted our week stay. Take the 14 minute walk to The Garlic for dinner. They open at 4pm. You need to line up. First come. First served. Totally worth it. We went twice. Walk down the beach, just past the lifeguard chair to The Breakers on Flagler for the best burgers! For trips we went on a Dolphin watch boat just down the road in Daytona and to Blue Springs State park (in Nov) to see the manatees and alligators. About an hour and 20 minutes from Orlando airport. We can not wait to return. Thank you!

Check-in and communication went smoothly. This unit is comfortable and cool with a beautiful view from the 6th floor. The entire complex is very clean, safe and well-maintained by a courteous staff. It's a very short walk to the beach and Flagler Avenue. I would rent here again. Thank you, Tricia.
