A very lovely spot...

New Smyrna Beach is really nice. The condo was the perfect size for 2 and a beautiful location. We loved walking to Flagler Street for many restaurants, shops, activities. This also was one of the best beaches I've been to. Lovely.

The condo was fantastic. It is a great area - walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping. Beach front view and two amazing swimming pools. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, picture perfect views

We loved our stay and I’m already missing the sound of the ocean. Nice updated condo in a classic New Smyrna Beach location. Lovely pools, walkable to Flagler, great shops and lots of activity but my favorite part was enjoying the views on the nice, wide, oceanfront balcony. All the amenities we needed in fully-equipped kitchen. Thank you!

We are somewhat local so this was a very quick 2 day trip for our 25th anniversary. Very good location. Being an hour away, I would have felt more comfortable with check in instructions 1 hour out since it was a big occasion but ultimately, it worked out great.

This was a nice condo with everything you need for a weeks stay. Location is great as it is walking distance to Flagler Avenue and many shops and restaurants. Plenty of chairs at both pools To accommodate everyone.

Always love our stay at Coconut Palms II

New Smyrna Beach is our go to get away and we love staying in Tricia’s condos. They are nicely decorated, comfortable beds, fluffy towels and kitchen has everything you need. The views from the balcony are gorgeous and Coconut Palms II has w great property. They are always caring for the pool area, the grounds and inside.

Great condo

Everything was great. Comfortable bed with a lot of blankets and pillows. We didn't cook but there was everything you'd need if you chose to. Easy walk to Flagler Ave. and beach access.

One of the best in every respect

The unit is nicely decorated, super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect for enjoying the beach and downtown NSB. The building is being refurbished with a very attractive decor. We intend to return again.

This was a little piece of paradise for us. There was some construction as the property is being updated but it did not interfere with our stay in any way. The location was wonderful, our view was amazing and the amenities of the condo were great!

Everything You Need Condo

We were happy to stay in this condo for a girls weekend. It was complete with blender, spices saran wrap and all the other little things you need to feel at home. We enjoy the coffee and snacks and beach chairs. The condo was also well decorated and the view was phenomenal. The location was close enough to restaurants and Flager Ave that we just walked everywhere! We would definitely stay there again.
