404 - 2/2 Ocean View Gem

Welcome to Unit 404!

This open-concept, fully-appointed 4th floor condo features an ocean view from nearly any place within the unit. The main rooms face due south, overlooking the pool and the coastline looking toward the Cape Canaveral National Seashore. Everything is included to ensure you enjoy a relaxing stay: beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, in-unit washer/dryer, flat panel TVs with High Definition cable TV and DVD players in each room. Comfortably sleeps 7: King bed in the master, 1 queen with trundle in guest bedroom, living room sofa has also has a queen trundle. Both bathrooms have been updated, and there is a hotel safe in the master bedroom closet.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

Unit was okay, due to Covid the unit has not been used since November, it definitely had not been clean before our arrival. The couch in living room had seen better days, no support left in the seats. Would stay again if furniture was replaced. Cate was very helpful before and during our stay.

Great place for a quick visit

I thought this condo was great for my family. Check-in was easy and the condo was clean and neat. We were going to use the blow-up mattress, but there were stains all over it, so my husband and I decided to let our youngest child sleep with us. We also had to buy a coffee maker while there because the one provided was moldy in the bottom. Other than those couple of things, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay

The check in process was very easy. The pictures of the condo were accurate and the instructions left were easy to follow. The kitchen and bathroom updates are very nice. We didn’t use the community grill- but many other people did. The pool and outside areas are well maintained.

Clean but needs some work

The location was great! People at the front desk were awful and rude! The place was clean however there was not one single cabinet or drawer to our pantry items in they were all Full Of random stuff. The sheets were ancient...( please get new ones some had holes in them or were extremely scratchy). There was no plug for the tub to give our kids a bath... and the three different clean up rules were confusing they all said slightly different things! Just leave one. Couch was uncomfortable but Otherwise it was a nice place! However for us we probably won’t return and will just pay the extra for it to be a bit nicer. Thank you!

Relaxing week in NSB!

We had a great week at this condo! When we arrived the condo was not clean so after I spent a few hours cleaning I emailed the manager pictures. The manager was very quick to reply and refund my cleaning fee with an explanation from the cleaning company. This condo is very well stocked with all you will need for a perfect time at the beach! I highly recommend this unit!

Fantastic Vrbo!!

Loved this condo the minute we walked in! Everything is exactly as pictured and the balcony is much better...fabulous view of the beach and a panoramic view of the ocean. The patio chairs were very comfortable. Beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards were so nice to take to the beach. The elevator was so convenient and check-in was a snap. Location was perfect,very convenient to anything you'd Want. It was quiet and clean. Hope we can come back! Thanks for sharing your bit of heaven with us, Craig! Everything was much appreciated!
