Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Not a whole house

This apparently is a new listing and they have a lot to learn. Communication was awful. We were trying to get check in instructions and called the phone number listed on the VRBO site. The man who answered was belligerent. We ended upuleaving
