First NOLA Trip

This property was very comfortable and welcoming. It was nice having 24/7 security (with a door with a code you needed to enter) and the many other amenities that came with it like a rooftop pool, laundry, fitness room, etc etc. Overall, would definitely stay here again and recommend 10/10.

Stinky but still good

Location was great, just a short walk to Bourbon street. The unit smelled very strongly of old crab and was very loud due to the AC units for the building right outside the windows.

Just what we needed

The size of this space was perfect! My mom , sister, and I got together to plan another trip. The table space was perfect. There was a definite odor throughout the whole building (possibly from being directly above the Fiery Crab restaurant?) that we weren’t able to eradicate. Space was clean and checkin was a breeze. Company was easy to work with on payment confusion.

Convenient location

Good location only 4 blocks from Bourbon street. Parking was a bit confusing because we had an oversized vehicle and signage and access to the property was not good. When I called to make sure we were in the right garage, the person I spoke with said there wells no access from the garage! There was but on the second floor that we learned later. Luggage cart was not available! Limited utensils and only one sauce pan for cooking breakfast! Building itself was a bit tired but all in all an ok stay!

3 blocks from Bourbon! Great 1BR/1.5BA

This was perfect for our weekend! Friends paid for a hotel and hated it LOL! The management communicates quickly. Check-in and out is via keyless entry and so easy. You're only 3 blocks from Bourbon and a quick walk to the street trolley and bus stops. There is a washer and dryer, plenty of linens, and toiletries are provided. We didn’t cook, but there's a full kitchen and dining table. The living room has a small sofa and 50in tv. There is no view front the room (windows look directly to the A/C handlers on the building roof. The rooftop pool is not heated, but plenty of seating and a grill. Nice view from up there! We would stay again! Thanks for a great spot!

Very comfortable room

The room and the accommodations were very nice for the price. However, the hotel hallways and elevator had a smell that was pretty intense. It didn’t make its way into the room though.

Room was fine, clean and kitchen was nicely stocked and location was great . The building however was terrible. On arrival two elevators worked. Mid week no elevators worked. Shlepping up and down the stairs (the stench was horrific) was ridiculous. Our room shared the wall with the stairwell and drunk loud people going up:down stairs kept us awake until 430 am and I had to be at a work meeting at 8 it was unpleasant to say the least.
