    Welcome to The Music House.



    Enjoy an artful paradise just minutes from the French Quarter and Garden District.



    The Space:

    The house features an expansive backyard complete with a year-round heated pool with in-pool loungers, an outdoor TV, surround sound outdoor speakers, a grill, and a lush garden filled with tropical plants. Inside, you'll find a spacious living and dining room that features plenty of seating, a 75" HDTV, and another custom built dining table that can seat 10 people. 21-CSTR-16968. 22-OSTR-01683.



    Other Things to Note:

    As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced.



    For the security of our guests, we have external recording devices (security cameras) located by the front door and back doors of the house; the pool is within the coverage area of the device. All cameras are exterior only.



    Per City of New Orleans regulations, this property is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) . This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke.



    Monday and Thursday morning pool cleaning and landscape maintenance: On Monday and Thursday mornings (between 8am-11am) Jose comes to check the chemicals and clean the pool and Lauren comes (every other Thursday) to do landscape maintenance.



    Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.



    IDs will be requested for verification after booking.

Work Team Retreat

This was a great place for our team retreat. The backyard is a beautiful oasis. The owner was very communicative and fixed a problem with the a/c in a very quick manner. The house was clean and comfortable. We loved the New Orleans photos in the house. This would be the perfect house for Mardi Gras! Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

Family Trip

We do our Christmas Family Trip every year, and we had a great time here. The backyard is like a resort! The house is so much bigger than it looks. We had plenty of space!

Fun Family Trip

We had a family of 8! The house was great, beds were the comfiest beds! Pool was a lot of fun. The house has so much character and plenty of room. If we ever find ourselves in NOLA again we’ll use this one again. The owner was great as well.

Family vacation

The place was good for my family We lived the pool Plenty of space We arrived and the pool pump was accidentally shut off. The manager was there on 20 min wow that’s was great l. Got us set up and we were swimming in a hour. Neighborhood looks rough but we were not hassled at all. The parking is a little rough but there is a driveway. Very hot when we went the ac was working ok a little warm but for how hot it was I understand. Overall my family had fun. Also my 14 month year old grand baby started to walk!
