Staff were all very friendly & helpful. We booked a room last minute & it was a great choice. The lobby is inviting. People were in the lobby regularly either drinking coffee & watching TV or using the counters to do computer work. The room was fully set up for long term stay or just a night like we did before a flight the next day. We would definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel if you need to stay close to the airport. Easy access, super clean and there's a good breakfast selection. Several good dinner choices close by!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff seemed nice and eager to please. One negative was the parking lot- It was a little tight. But that wasn’t enough to dampen our stay.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was great and shuttle to and from airport was perfect! The people next to us not so much but that had nothing to do with the hotel. Would definitely recommend!

Room was great, we had booked because they told me they had an airport shuttle but they failed to mention that it only runs from 4am-8pm! So had to Uber to airport which was not convenient with our group. Also our grandson got sick in the room and went out and talked to front desk about giving us something to clean it and said they would send housekeeping but no one ever came.

Staff was very nice. It was great that it has a shuttle to and from the airport and only being 5 mins away. When we went it was a quiet/ calm environment!

Great place to stay. Will stay again. Only negative is that they need to turn down the ping noise inside the elevators when they pass a floor. Will make you jump....LOL

We needed a place to sleep so we could grab a 7 am flight out of MSY. It fit the bill and did the job. Not really near any food options for dinner, but DoorDash filled in for that.

Definitely recommend staying here. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room and common areas were very clean and well organized. It's close to the freeway with easy access.

The room was very well equipped with nice size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There were also plates, bowls, mugs and cutlery. It was very clean and spacious. I will definitely stay here again.
