Historic Home with Modern Touches Close to FQ and CBD

Historic shotgun home blocks from the Superdome. Great place to stay for the Super Bowl one block off of Canal Street with many amenities, comfortable beds, stainless steel appliances, washer, and dryer inside the unit.

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Only one bathroom

The add said it has 2 bathrooms and only has one. On bathroom for 6 people is imposible and insanitaryI don’t know what’s the point of saying it has two bathrooms when it only has one

We enjoyed our stay in New Orleans at this property. Unfortunately, it did not have a sleeper sofa, and one of my sisters had to sleep on the couch, which could have been lowered to a futon.

Great Service

The host was awesome. Great job communicating and meeting our needs. Great spot for easy access to events in New Orleans. Easy access for Uber to pick up. Overall great spot to stay for family and friends.

Nice Place

Unit was clean, Adequate dishes, utensils, coffee, etc. Used primarily for sleeping. Spent most of the time in New Orleans. Would rent again.

Schönes Haus & moderne Ausstattung

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht in der Unterkunft und konnten daher gar nicht alles im Haus nutzen. Die Unterkunft ist modern ausgestattet und entspricht den Fotos. Der kleine Gartenbereich ist sehr nett ! Wenn es ein Manko gab, dann die Lautstärke durch den Verkehr im oberen Schlafzimmer ( Fenster sind älter und daher nicht so gut isoliert). Ansonsten war alles top und der Kontakt sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gern wieder mit etwas mehr Zeit.

Quick Trip

Our experience was good the host responded quickly and was helpful. Senior ladies returning from a cruise wanting to take it easy. We did not do the stairs and managed to rest and relax. The unit is well appointed would stay again!
