シャワーの際、浴槽の水はけがとても悪かった。シャワーへの切り替えも固く、やりづらかった。アプリのチェックアウトはとても便利。24時間のシャトルサービスも助かった。

空港に近いホテルということで選びました。朝早い便でしたが、シャトルバスがあったので助かりました。待っていた便が満員になったのですが、もう一台出してくれました。その運転手さんがとてもいい人で、旅の終わりを気分よく終わらすことができました。 チェックインの際のフロントの若い女性スタッフも、日本語を一生懸命調べて対応してくれ、感じが良かったです。 部屋は広く寝具も良かったですが、トイレの臭いが臭くて、洗面所を使うのが嫌でした。排水の関係でしょうか? 部屋に素敵な絵が飾ってあったのですが、その前に大きなテレビが置いてあって、インテリアのセンスを疑いました。 まあ帰国前の一泊なので、ゆっくり休めたのが良かったです。

Beds were comfortable and rooms clean. Front desk staff friendly and so were cleaning people. I think the dining room wasnt staffes for such a large event. Food wasn't hot. Ran out of hot water, also.

The room was fine. The shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient. The front desk staff at check in was not very helpful. The directory of services was only available via scanning a QR code. This was not working, not to mention that this is not a preferred way for some people to get information, especially older people. The staff did not seem to know that the hot tub was filled with dead leaves and debris or that the pool was not operating. They were only able to say " I haven't had any complaints so I guess its OK". Part of the reason I chose that location was for those amenities. For a one night stay i could have gotten something less expensive

I was disappointed in my Hilton stay. I did not have hot water for a shower. The breakfast in the cafe was very limited. I ordered a vegetable cheese omelet and got and omelet with fried onions and no cheese. This was not Hilton quality. With renovations going on, they need to upgrade their game.
