Absolutely beautiful home. Very clean well organized along with well maintained. Loved the living area, nice TVs in every room and well equipped kitchen. We definitely will be returning in the near future hoping the property will be available. The property manager was very nice and available for any questions. Thank you!!!

The house was very clean and ready to be lived in. The neighborhood is a safe quiet place. The communications were timely. We loved the place and next year will be back to stay there. You will not find a better place to rent.

DISSAPOINTED.

Reason I got this rental was because it was priced decent and B/C of the reviews which had a ton of good reviews. So house is exactly as pictured on VRBO, it wasn't too clean which was a bummer, the house supplies were limited, we did have to buy extra toilet paper, dish liquid there was no trash bags in the restrooms when we got there and there was trash left behind in one of the trash bins. The reason I'm writing this review is b/c while out in a city tour my sister went home to rest and she happened to send a text to let us know someone was in the house. After contacting owner he did call and said he'd check his ring cameras, long story short he did let me know "his realtor" entered the premises without letting him know & he was sorry about the incident. Now my complaint is realtor and owner need better communication this could've been a situation that could've ended up terribly wrong. How the realtor didn't know house was occupied was beyond me as all our belongings and suitcases were in the rooms and living room as well as kitchen food we bought. The rest of the stay was un-easy due to that reason, I like to go to a rental and feel secure and safe this one wasn't like that.

Awesome Property

This place was no more than 15 minutes from everywhere we went during our trip to NOLA. The property was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Bryant was always available through text and was extremely communicative, which we appreciated.

Just like the description

Everything was nice in the home. Very clean and bedrooms were spacious. This home is close to a lot off attractions. The neighborhood is very quiet and I would definitely visit again.

Work in Progress

Pictures helped "sell" me on this property. Sadly, the pictures oversold reality. Owner admitted it is a work in progress for which is is behind his planned schedule. Had some cleanliness issues upon checking in. Owner was apologetic and gracious in his demeanor. We cleaned and focused on our reason for being there. Two substantive issues I hope the owner will resolve sooner than later. First, the patio in the pictures was inaccessible from the inside of the residence. The outside access was unsafe for small children and adults with mobility issues, such as my wife. Second, the driveway presented some challenges due to its state of disrepair. We bottomed out our SUV on one occasion because the ruts were so deep (or the center of the single car drive was so elevated). Kitchen: coffee maker did not work, which was brought to owner's attention in person. No toaster for eight occupants. Hope there is a working coffee maker and a toaster for the next renters. Residence is in a quiet, older residential section. The location was very advantageous for our purpose. Shopping and restaurants easily accessible. Owner's responsiveness and attitude were deeply appreciated. If he achieves his stated goals for this property, it should match what the pictures I saw purported to offer. Would I rent from this owner again? Depends. I had not rented through VRBO in a couple of years. I failed to do my due diligence as fully as I could have. Would I rent this property again? Unlikely.

Girls Trip

Bryant was an excellent host. He was very communicative and willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The house was the perfect size for the six ladies on our trip. The house was fully stocked with everything and had plenty of towels and blankets for everyone. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Comfortable & Lots of Room

The property is exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed our stay; we had a family group of 8 and had more than enough room. The rooms are spacious. Bryant was kind enough to let us put our things in the house prior to check in for us to have lunch. He was also very friendly and responsive. It was a very quiet and safe neighborhood with tranquility at night. The location is about 10-15 minutes from everything.

Beware- Unsafe Neighborhood

We did not stay. This was the worst VRBO experience I’ve ever had. This home is in a bad neighborhood. As we arrived, we were immediately uncomfortable with the surroundings. There are no pictures of the outside posted for a reason and those unfamiliar to New Orleans (as we were), will not realize that this neighborhood is not safe for a family when they book.. The home has no dressers or hangers for clothes and had only half of a roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms. As we left and attempted to purchase some supplies at a nearby Walgreens, we were met with two police officers and a host of unsavory characters. They Walmart located within a mile was the same, very rough area. We quickly realized we needed to find alternative lodging for our stay. When I reached out to communicate these concerns to the property manager and asked for a partial refund, he tried to reassure me that the neighborhood was fine and that I did not follow a defined process for resolution of this issue.. No refund was provided and we stayed at a hotel on the other side of the city.

Was in town for Hogs for the Cause BBQ contest. Great location and the house had everything we needed. Driveway needs fixing but Bryant said he was in process of getting quotes.

Birthday Trip

The house looks exactly how it looks in the pictures. The beds & pillows were so soft. The house was extremely clean. Bryant the host communicated very fast with answers to questions. He also suggested places to eat as well. This was my birthday Trip & first time in N.O. I will definitely stay at Bryant's place again with no problem.

The view from the inside was LIFE* We loved it .. it was 8 of us and we had plenty of room

The house was amazing.. it was 8 of us and we came down to enjoy The city but we was more stuck on the house .. the surround sound was the S..t .. we feel in love .. it rained while we was down but we still enjoyed the house... we even got a chance to bbq while we was there and the furniture was so comfortable . I would definitely recommend this house and most definitely book this home again... plus Bryant was very generous. I give this 5 :star

Amazing Stay!

This place was amazing from the beginning! Bryant communicated with me the entire time and was so nice and helpful! The house is beautiful and was very clean. There was enough space to relax comfortably and the aquariums were so much fun! Our favorite parts were the theatre room and the awesome shower with the rainfall shower head! If you can, stay here! It’s worth every penny!

Diamond in the rough!

This home is one of the best properties we rented from VRBO! Bryant was very welcoming and helpful. He has a full stocked kitchen of everything you need! He walked us through BBQ setup and how to work the projector in the theater. He was knowledgeable of sights to visit and the hours of nearby stores to shop. He was accurate to detail and address. We enjoyed this home and we will be back to visit again. Bryant was an amazing host. 5 stars!

August bachelorette party success!

Based on prior reviews, we were not disappointed! This house is truly awesome. We had a group of 11 and were completely comfortable with tons of space. The location is excellent and close to the RTA bus line to get to the French Quarter. Bryant was super accommodating and checked in often via text. He recommended a car service (POSH Transportation) and that too was amazing. Bryant hooked us up with everything we could have needed. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Great location with great host

Visited New Orleans for a guys trip. This was our first time to this city and Bryant definitely helped make our experience easier. Lots of events were cancelled because of the coronavirus... but we still had a great time. Would definitely visit again and choose this property if available.

Great weekend getaway!

Came for a short weekday to see a dear friend. There were 6 adults and we had plenty of room!! Our friends came over and we got to sit around and laugh and catch up. First VRBO Experience

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was quite large and accommodated all of our needs and activities. There were big screen TVs in almost every room. The large movie room was exceptional. The comfortable seating, sound system and large screen were impressive. And the aquarium with live fish in the living room was a real nice touch. We had a great time.

Great House

Nine of us came to the city for a conference. We were really pleased with every aspect of the house. Every Uber driver that picked us up also commented on the great neighborhood! Plenty of room, nice backyard to sit and have a business meeting and the property manager was awesome!
