This super cute 1 bedroom unit is located on the first floor of a 100+ year old building in the Faubourg Marigny & was renovated in 2022 & features all new everything.

Located on the Streetcar line and 4 blocks of the French Quarter, walking distance to Bourbon & Frenchmen street and just steps from many great bars, jazz lounges on St Claude & St Bernard Ave.

Before arriving the host sent detailed and clear information on the check-in process, etc. The unit was not cleaned before my 2:00pm arrival. I contacted the host and the unit was cleaned by 5:00pm.Nice sized bedroom with blackout curtains - necessary with the lights outside at night. Good kitchen with the basics and pantry items, which was great for a long stay.You can hear everything from the unit upstairs. Loud music, heavy footsteps, shouting and just normal talking. I was there for 16 days and (even with a rotation of guests upstairs) I was woken up every single night from the upstairs unit.

Everything was great. Instructions delivered & apt was as advertised. It's cute! Bed was comfy & everything was clean. Kitchen stocked w/ basics & lucky extras. Host was responsive. Good recommendations posted, which was appreciated. Felt safe. Was in waking distance of several streetcar stops. Would definitely stay here again! Note: Shower temp fluctuations were a challenge. It was finicky to get it a good in between, but you CAN make it work...& we wanted to give 4.75, but couldn't. THANK YOU!

Cute comfortable place. It was clean and had everything needed for my stay. I felt really safe and it was very quiet during the nights, allowing for a restful sleep! Host was easy to get a hold of as well.

Cute Place!

Central to so many areas, we walked everywhere- to clubs, good food, a yummy bakery, beautiful neighborhoods, and always had a safe, comfy place to come back to in the evenings. Thanks!

Nice stay

Cute apartment in a gated area that we felt safe in. Pros & Cons: The door wouldn’t unlock at checkin but the owner came and changed the batteries and let us in. There were only 3 bath towels for 2 adults to use for 4 days but thankfully I brought some. The shower was either scolding hot or freezing, could never figure it out. Easy walk to restaurants/bars & shops. Overall, We had a good stay.

You get what you pay for

The location was convenient and it's a good place to stay if you want to save money. However, when we arrived at check-in time, the unit hadn't been cleaned yet. We were able to communicate with the host and they sent cleaners who did a thorough job; it just would've been nice to have it done right away so we didn't have to wait. Also, the host never messaged back about wifi issues. We weren't able to connect to the wifi the entire time we stayed. Not a dealbreaker since we were only vacationing and weren't working on our computers, but definitely expect to have working wifi these days wherever I'm staying. The last thing that sealed the deal was the shower. The water pressure was horrible and it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. Just an unpleasant shower experience. If the shower, wifi & check in experience can be improved, this would be a good place to stay for cheap.

Perfect for us in every way

My 19 year old daughter and I ended our 11 day road trip from Houston to New Orleans with 5 days in this apartment. It was a haven from our long days of walking miles seeing sights eating. Street parking in front of the gated complex always available. We felt safe walking the area and were comfortable leaving the car there every night. Everything required to prepare and eat many of our meals was there. There is a great market just around the corner where we were able to pick up anything we needed. José responded with a wonderful list of eatery suggestions. Our favorites were Slim

Nice little hideaway!

We love visiting NOLA and this was a great place to stay. The bed is SUPER comfy and the location is great for two footloose folks like my husband and me. Jose was wonderful to work with, very responsive, and we would book again.
