This self-contained guest suite in our historic 1870s home is located on a quiet, tree-lined street in New Orleans' second oldest neighborhood. It is walking distance to the ferry to French Quarter, CBD/Warehouse District and streetcar lines.

We are located just 1 block from several of the neighborhood's restaurants, coffee shops and bars and 2 blocks to the levee, a paved bike/walking path providing stunning views of the city.
The space
This is a two-unit home in a quiet New Orleans neighborhood. We live on the other side and above with our two children, you will hear us from time to time. Please be respectful of our family and our neighbors - no parties, loud music or additional guests permitted.

**The bedroom is located on the 1st floor. The full bath, with a clawfoot tub shower, is located on the 2nd floor.

**The pocket doors are not operational - the rooms cannot be closed off for privacy. This apartment is best suited for a couple or an individual person.

**Absolutely no smoking or vaping is permitted on the premises, this includes both inside and outside.

Street parking is readily available directly in front of the house.
