Room was too small. Balcony view was laughable. It was almost non existent. Staff told everyone there was a view but didn't tell the entire truth. Our view was mainly McDonalds.

Other than starting our stay with a luggage cart falling over and skinning my arm our stay was very nice. The front desk immediately got first aid supplies and made sure I was ok.

My first room did not have a working phone. They moved me to a handicapped room that had a horrible odor in the carpet. I had to move to a third room. That room was descent.

TV in my room didn't work. I called the front desk and was told to put in a code. Code didn't work because tv said there was "no signal" . Called front desk again and they said they would send someone up to check it and, THAT NEVER HAPPENED.

The company Expedia would not refund my money because I had a blood clot in my leg and I couldn't make it and I couldn't cancel 24 hours when I made my reservations back in January I was not a fortune teller and could not foresee this happening

Good for a one night stay while traveling from airport. Our room did not have a window. So if this would bother you, make sure you ask for a room with one.

Liked happy hour. Hot tub was not hot at all and no jets when turned on. Hotel a little run down. But the stay worked for us as we had a cancelled flight. Front desk staff and Michael that drove shuttle were so friendly and accommodating 👍

Very convenient to the airport. The staff was incredible and used the shuttle to follow us when turning in our car to bring us right back to the hotel. Such great service 💖.

The building is older and has carpet on the floors .. so that was a turn off. Overall the room was clean .. I just didn’t care for the carpet, I wanted to use the extended parking.. but the staffing for pickup at the airport was inconsistent so I had to chose another option for the airport. The staff was really nice and answered all the questions we had. It was really convenient to the airport.

Was an average experience. The grass and weeds needed to be trimmed in the rear parking lot. Looked really trashy back there. In our room, the vent was broken in the bathroom. Also, during the stay we never were given any face towels and when we asked for face towels, we were told they were out and had none.

The Clarion is a poorly-managed, poorly-maintained, unclean facility with little to recommend it. It would be difficult to find a hotel with a less motivated staff. One would almost wonder if management sought out employees who were as self-interested and unconcerned with guests' comfort. We identified several deficiencies and malfunctions in our room, including an inoperable refrigerator. The room had no microwave, the only one available to guests being located in a bar area ata distance from the room. The may have been additional ice machines on an upper floor, however that on our floor was inoperable and the other at a considerable distance. The carpet in our room can only be described as "filthy," as were those we observed in the public areas. Requests for room cleaning and a linen refresh were ignored, only rectified by confronting housekeeping in the hallway with our soiled linen, and taking the initiative to clean the room ourselves. Possibly a one-night traveler heading out in an early flight might be able to overlook the above, however we were locked into a 5-night stay due to an uncancellable reservation so we had no choice (interesting use of a term, since it's a "CHOICE HOTEL"). We were unable to move to another facility without sacrificing our prepaid fees. In short, do not expect a clean, well-maintained facility with desired amenities. Further, do not expect a cleanliness, a responsive staff or the management to care. Recommendation: Go elsewhere!
