部屋は清潔で、大通り沿いにありますが夜中騒がしくもなく寝る帰るには充分なホテルでした。 治安は普通に気をつけていれば問題なし。 アメニティはスリッパがあると嬉しかった、3日間滞在して途中でボディーソープが無くなったのですが、補充がなかった事が残念でした。 無料の朝食が美味しかったのと、ホテルの外観がNOLAらしくレトロで可愛い作りな事、受付のスタッフが親切だった事がとても良かったです。

One thing I like this place is that their free breakfast exceeds to my expectation. The have different varieties everyday so will not get bored. They even served rice during their breakfast 😱😱😱LOVE IT!!!!

Great location hotel, quiet and about 10 min walk to bourbon Street and restaurants, 30 min Uber from the airport. Check in staff was great and accommodating when we arrived a few hours early. A woman working in the lobby (not sure what her job was, she was sitting behind the bar but gave major attitude about not being a bar tender when asked if she could make a drink) was so rude and unhelpful. Even rude to the check in and other bar staff. The lobby has a bar but it’s run by front office staff so you have to ask the front desk to have someone make a drink. Pool is warm and appears clean. It’s salty… not sure if it’s supposed to be. Pool towels are the size of a large hand towel. It worked for us but would be really small for a large person. Shower has big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash and good water pressure. First night, we had a spill on the bed and left the “please leave this sign on the bed if you’d like sheets changed” sign and came back to a made bed but still had dirty sheets. The beautiful fountain in the photos is a trickling 1/4 full fountain with don’t slip signs around it. Breakfast was good, waffles, eggs and bacon plus a variety of cereals and breads, fridge foods like yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Juice and coffee available. Overall, it was decent. Not the best but not the worst.

the breakfast was very good, the property was clean and well maintained, the only thing I didn't care for was the housekeeping staff would keep looking in my window on the day of check out to see if I was still there.

This is a nice clean hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the breakfast provided was very good. I rated the overall stay as a 2 not because of the hotel per se but because we had a room on the front of the hotel which is along N Rampart St. The noise from traffic and partying was constant and nightly. We did not get a full night sleep our entire stay.

This property was wonderful. The staff was very very friendly, very welcoming. The room was located in the French Quarter which was only a few minute walk to Bourbon Street. We literally walked everywhere we went including Jackson Square and down by the river. The parking was pretty tight because the spaces were small so if you have an SUV it will be tight but it’s definitely doable. They give you a garage door opener that opens a gate for you to come in and park. I felt very safe here. The breakfast was amazing. Very fresh and lots of options to choose from. The pool was small but very cute, beware people that sit down at that pool like to read it’s not really a pool to be loud and rowdy in. This place was very laid-back and so convenient to all the fun things we wanted to enjoy in New Orleans. 10/10 would recommend. Book your stay here !!! :)

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. I enjoyed the shady courtyard in the evenings.

I wanted to stay in the French Quarters while in New Orleans yet still have a quiet retreat from all the activity. This property did just that. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The hotel itself reflected the French Quarters charm and history yet also provided all the modern amenities you could ask for. The price was very reasonable and location was in walking distance from almost everything I wanted to see. I highly recommend this hotel for those wanting the French Quarters experience while still enjoying some quiet time in the courtyard or by the pool.

The hotel was perfect for our stay in New Orleans. It was in a good location and we were able to walk to lots of the must-see places - it was also very convenient for pickups for booked tours beyond the city. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and did all they could to make our stay most enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was a definite bonus!

902 N. Rampart St is in the French Quarter and is very convenient to everything in the Quarter. Easy to walk and find The Big Easy fun!! Great Hotel room. Staff were professional and courteous!! I highly recommend The French Quarter Best Western in New Orleans!!

Great location just far enough away from Bourbon Street to be quiet but close enough to easily walk to and around the French Quarter. Parking was quite secure but really tight. Lovely courtyard with pool.

Not quite sure why this hotel has as high of a rating as it does. Not very clean. Floors were nasty in the room. Website shows pack and play availability but when we arrived, there was no pack and play for our 10 month old. Disappointing. Only positive was the breakfast.

Great location, could walk to just about anything. The court yard was clean and pretty. Dining area was very clean, but we slept in so we missed the breakfast. Smelled good though.

The only issue I had was the family smoking weed in the courtyard the first two days that we were there. Had to walk through their cloud of smoke to get to our room. No way management didn’t know this was going on. The area was convenient to the quarter and the courtyard was very quiet and nice.

First and foremost, the staff at this hotel were fantastic. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. The facility was clean and housekeeping was great. As a single woman. I did not feel safe at night walking out by myself in this area. Also, request a room with a courtyard view. My room was on the exterior and as the buildings are close in NOLA, the crackhead gentleman living next door chose to sit and look on my room whenever the curtain wasn’t completely closed

The property was quiet and generally clean. However, the room I stayed in was dusty and the bathroom needs a little more TLC. The staff were excellent. I would recommend it to family and other guests. I will certainly stay there again.

The location is litterly 15 minuts walk to every where in french quarter and it’s 2 street above bourbon street that makes this place special and far away from all mess in bourbon street! The cleaning services could be better!

The staff was absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly nice and helped us set up tours and told us about places to go in the area. The courtyard makes you feel like your in the French Countryside.
