2/10 Terrible

"Elevator is semi broken cant get to the third floor and they placed us on the third floor. Last night of our stay a fight broke out i was in the lobby getting door dash walked to the elevator and a gentleman walked out screaming there was blood all over the elevator floor the guy said his young daughter was in the bathroom hideing scared because it sounded like gun shots going off in the room there was blood all over the second floor from what the guy said it was very scary i will never stay at that hotel again i do know that they shouldnt allow people to live there "

"There was no hot tub as advertised. The pool water did not look clean so we did not use it. Our bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and there was blood on the wall. The elevators are currently broken and we were not notified of that at check-in. It would have been nice to have been offered a room upgrade or comped breakfast for these inconveniences, but neither were offered."

"The property is a little run down. Their parking garage is a bit of a disaster. Spaces being taken up by old furniture. Our room looked good on the surface, but it had many bandaids if you looked close. The couch had a white stain on the cushion. The buffet breakfast did not have many choices and would not recommend. "The hotel is old and everything makes noise. I was woken up multiple times each of the 2 nights I slept there. You can hear right through the walls: baby crying, elevator, doors closing, plumbing (toilets flushing, sinks/showers), and the noise ousting is insane (music, cars, etc.) I will never stay here again because of this."
