Spacious open 1st floor plan, kitchen, dining, living room and laundry room with half bathroom. Cozy balcony loft with 2 over sized bedrooms and full bathroom. private lake front access with 60 foot dock and swim out raft. Cristal clear spring fed lake surrounded by mountain landscape. walk out to swimming, hiking, biking, and snowmobiling from property. Gunstock ski and recreation mountain and Mount Major 20 minutes away. Powder Mill snowmobile club. Boat marina, Public boat ramp and beach minutes away.
    Additional fees may apply for:
    1. DOGS are only pets allowed, Additional fee of $250 per dog. Maximum of 2 pet allowed.
    2. Motor boat docking use: Additional fee of $300.00 per stay.
