When I come back through this way, I will stay at this Hotel because of Lisa! My first interacted with Lisa on the phone, confirming my reservation and that in itself was a truly incredible experience of a person who cares and was very efficient, professional, and courteous! How could you ask for more? Give this incredible lady a raise and recognition somehow someway! "My trip to Muncie was unplanned. My aging parents were involved in an auto accident and were in the hospital. The staff was wonderful asking me how they were doing when I would come back. I brought my dad back first and he was welcomed back. The next day I was able to bring my mom back from the hospital. The gentleman at the desk saw me walk in with he and started clapping and said welcome home. I cannot say enough good things about the Hotel and the staff here."
