The main level features the first living area with comfortable seating, beautiful views, and an HDTV. The kitchen features modern appliances as well as all of the cooking and dining essentials. The dining area includes bench seating while there is additional seating in the kitchen area that provides gorgeous lake views.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, HDTV, and an attached bath with two sinks, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed. The second bathroom features a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features twin-over-full bunk beds. The main level also includes a media room ideal for movie night!

Head downstairs for an additional living space area, cute functional kitchen, and a sofa that converts to a queen sleeper. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bathroom features a shower/tub combo. A fun garage game room downstairs includes a TV area, ping pong table, and foosball table. There is also a washer and dryer available for guest use.

The location of Overlook Pointe is a great launching pad to all the area has to offer. Be within a mile of boat ramp #7 (free lake access), minutes from boat rentals at Crane's Mill Marina, and a short drive to Guadalupe River outfitters in the Canyon Lake/New Braunfels area.
