Comfortable Stay

Everything was very clean. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. The yard was smaller than it seemed in the photos, but we didn't really use it so that was ok.

May be a scam

Never sent check in info. When I reached out they said that the house was “under maintenance” and not available. The next day they put a hold on my account for double the amount the booking would have been. I had to reach out to VRBO to get this fixed.

Absolutely horrible

This was the worst experience I've ever had on any rental site. I reached out to the host on the day of the rental to get an access code. The host didn't respond for several hours. When the host finally did respond, i was given the wrong access code and i was unable to gain access to the property. After SEVERAL more hours of messaging the host while also being on the phone with vrbo i was finally given tbe option to go to a different property. The alternate rental property did not have a lot of the listed amenities that i thought i was getting based on the listing i booked and paid for. The host never apologized. I was with 2 of my children and we had been traveling since 5 a.m. that day. I reached out to the host for the 1st time at 1 p.m. and i didnt get into the alternate rental until after 11p.m. that night. My children and i sat in a rental car for over 8 hours trying to gain access to the rental. Absolutely terrible service from all involved and I most definitely do not recommend this home.
