Holiday stay

Property was as advertised. Location was perfect. Easy to find.our only complaint was the floors.there was a greasy film from the cleaning product that was so slick i almost fell several times.we bought a mop to go over it definitely wouldnt walk on without shoes.we also could have used a few more things to help tocook with.cookingthkitchen.shoes

Family River trip

This was a great property for our family of 4. We were able to make it to the rivers and water park easily and there were plenty of restaurants near by for dinner. The house was clean and it was a quiet neighborhood.

Sparse. Other VRBOs weve stayed at were much nicer. No wash rags and host failed to respond when emailed. Had to go buy some. Interior looked like it had been painted buy an 8 year old.

The house is spacious and worked well for the 5 of us. However, the cleanliness could use some work. Found toenails or fingernails on the floor in the master bedroom as if the floors weren't vacuumed, dirty dishes had been left in the dishwasher, master bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. Other than that, it was an ok place for sleeping and showering.

Clean, roomy, convenient

The property was clean and very nice! It is just about a ten minute drive to Gruene Hall. Close to Buc-ee’s and other shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Great location and value

We had a wedding in Fredericksburg on Saturday. Places in Fredericksburg were ridiculously priced. We stayed in New Braunfels where we were centrally located to everything. Place was clean, safe and property manager communicated very well with us. Will definitely do the same place next time we’re in the area.

Texas retreat

Nice place to relax and unwind. Clean and spacious. Worked wonderfully for us ( 2 adults and 4 kids 9-16). Would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay at this place. It's in a nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and shopping. It's only about 15 minutes away from Schlitterbahn. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Master bedroom and kids bedroom have TVs. The other guest bedroom has a bed, but it does not have any other furniture or a TV in it. Soap, shampoo, conditioner provided. However, dishwasher detergent was not provided. We would stay here again.

Nice property with plenty of room for our family with two teens and a toddler. The home was easy to find, clean, and everything worked well. If we are back in the area, we will stay here again.
